A while ago I bought a car with this car dealer. I was expecting a reply following my complaint but never received one. Instead I was urged to put a comment on their page I didn't want to put until I would have a reply from them: I didn't want to hurt their reputation if they were honest...But it looks that they are not. So here is what happened to me that leads me not to recommend this store for buying a second-hand car. I usually buy my cars directly from owners but I've heard about scams so I decided, for once, to use the services of a professional. I was not as wary as usual as they are professional, have a front store and have a reputation to stand. Moreover, they also have a mechanic team that checks all the vehicles. I tried one car and as soon as I started the engine, the seller put the radio on and I couldn't hear any suspicious sound. I switched it off and then we started to talk on and on... I was not able to be careful of any strange noise. The car seemed ok. I finally bought it without dealing the price. Before signing, I carefully read the file report. The dealer told me that all the checked points that were not good had been repaired. Among them was mentioned an issue with the air conditioning. While I came back home, I heard a noise from the engine. I contacted the dealer and told him about that noise. He told me to take an appointment with their mechanics and not to worry as if it was from the engine, I wouldn't have to pay anything. I'm not a mechanic myself and for me it was an engine problem as the noise was coming from this part of the car. My dealer told me that he would leave a note to the mechanics to let them know that it was a very recent purchase (less than 2 weeks). I took the 1st appointment on a day as I was coming from far away and didn't want to waste my day. When I arrived, they let me know that no note had been left by anyone and my dealer was not here. They finally took my car at 11 while I took the first appointment in the morning and woke up very early to be on time. At the end, they told me that the issue was from the air conditioning and made me pay the control and the quote as it was not an engin issue! According to him the problem would be solved by around $1500 work! If I knew that I would have negotiated the price of the car or refused to buy it. I was angry but they told me that I would have to check that with my dealer. I contacted him as soon as I could, even forwarded the message to the manager of the shop but never get any reply. I finally had a part of the work done in my town as I was very disappointed by the service of this car dealer and didn't want to waste one more day. However, I had the part changed but no refill of the air conditioning liquid that had never existed in my car! When my local mechanic changed the broken part (the A/C compressor), he told me that there was absolutely no liquid in the system, which means that the air conditioning never worked while the car dealer told me that everything had been repaired! So I've been lied! I contacted them again to have at least the refill of the liquid to have a functional air conditioning... they, of course, never replied. It's been around 6 months I bought the car and I consider they could have replied way before to avoid me to post this bad comment on their store. Event though I paid myself for the A/C compressor, I wouldn't have put a bad comment if they proposed to refill the air conditioning liquid but after 6 months I understood that they will do anything. I Just hope the summer won't be too hot as I have no money left to pay the refill of the liquid. So avoid this car dealer at all cost! I've been scammed! read more

These guys sold me a $5000 one year warranty on a used car. If you know nothing about cars, I would suggest not buying anything from this place. I am an immigrant and English is my second language, and it was my first car buy. At best these guys are dishonest sales people, at worst, they are flat out racist. I have never heard of any Canadian who bought a $5000 1 year warranty on any vehicle and I have lots of Canadian friends. Despite the fat warranty, I bought the car with the AC broken. Guess what, the warranty doesn't cover the broken AC. My experience with these guys is downright horrible. It's my first real life encounter of the popular phrase "sleazy sales people" If you know about cars, perhaps u can come here but if you are an immigrant and new to Canada, never bought a car, or English is your first language, you would be exploited if you come here. Terrible experience! Bought my 2019 Cherokee here though I reside at Lower Mainland. Mark the salesperson, promised me to deliver my SUV for free, only to find out that he asks his driver to drive it all the way from Kelowna to my place. Considering, it's not brand new anymore as it was 500kms when I received it. Lots of rock chips, half gas consumed and imagine how filthy is it from a 500km drive. They promised as well to give the 3mos. no payment promotion but failed to honour it. I addressed all these concerns to Mark and says "I'm sorry I guess Jason forgot the promotion. I will check with Jason and get him to call you . And I have a company down in Langley that will take care of the rock chips. I'm sorry I didn't tell you he was driving it there." Took my truck there for a noise coming from my water pump (under warranty) they charged me and said they couldn't hear anything. So I was not happy took the mechanic outside and showed him the obvious noise. And they still wouldn't refund me my money until job was done. I have made the mistake of traveling from out of town after being told I won one of their promotions they send in the mail. This time was for a smartwatch. Didn't say anywhere that a test drive was required to receive the watch (of $200 value). So I played their game....first talked with a rude Chrysler rep who barely wanted to give me the time of day, then rudely told me I had to go for the test drive. Don't know how this man got in the position he is in with the social skills of a wet mop. So I did drive around the block with the salesman as requested. I came back and received my cheap Chinese knockoff smart watch and left. Checked what the price of these watches were online and they sell for between $4-$10 on eBay. I paid more for the gas just to drive in for this promo. I must say that they care more about getting you in the door than they do about seeing a customer leave happy. I had a very similar experience the time before this that they did his promo and walked out mad. The customers time should be of importance to them not just getting the sale! I know from this experience if I ever have the need to purchase a new vehicle, that I will drive past this dealership and go anywhere else first. read more

Update - Aaron the operations manager called me and emailed me. He basically told me that my complaints were invalid and they did nothing wrong. He told me he talked to the technician and that my key fell out while the tech was driving. He even said "why would the tech pull on your key while driving it?" Great question Aaron, why would he? Because his own diagnostic story says "key can be pulled out while running". So, after talking to the technician the story changed again and Aaron told me, "well the key was loose and he could pull it out if he just gently pulled on it." So I've gotten three different stories now, and mine is the same - the key has never pulled out, or fallen out, or anything on me. But what has changed is the fact that my truck has now died THREE times on me while driving. This last time was on the Glenmore backroad. What does Aaron offer? For me to book in and pay another $90 for them to diagnose the issue that they sent me my truck back with in the first place... read more
