They also fit me in for a more urgent visit very quickly which I appreciated so much. I have very sensitive teeth and the hygienist used numbing gel which made the cleaning process amazing! The Dentist, Dr. Miller, was calming, knowledgeable, and explained all of the processes in detail. He was very gentle when doing fillings and very detailed, making sure everything was just right. He was also very personable, mentioning he was from the area, telling us about his family and military service. Their current office space is a bit on the older side but it is clean and orderly, and from my understanding they are in the process of renovating a newer facility for future use. I highly recommend Braden Miller, DDS at Ferndale Dental!

I got enough credit to cover the entirety of the procedure however after the initial work done(was a root canal) it is was about $600 more than what I had anticipated to pay that time so I have not been able to complete my root canal. Now I have the temporary cap and cannot afford to get a crown. Had I known I would have tried to get approved for more credit. Unfortunately my financial situation had changed and I was not able to. Wish they were more transparent about cost before performing a service. I have a feeling this is going to cause some issues for me in the future.

I did a google search for a pediatric dentist that specializes in children with special needs and anxiety and Playtime Pediatrics came up as highly rated. Well they deserve that rating and higher! My daughter was able to go through an entire checkup, cleaning and even x-rays in her first visit. From the moment we entered the clinic, everything was relaxed and easy. Our hygienist Katelyn was so patient, positive and encouraging. She explained everything to my daughter and made her (and me) feel so at ease. Staff at front desk seem very friendly. This was a first time visit for my child and he can be shy and not great in medical settings. The assistant greeted us at the front and we were able to bring toys to the back. They like to take pics and weigh patients but my son wasn't into it so they weren't pushy. They spend time talking about dental habits and had lots of toys and stuffed animals to pretend to clean teeth. There's a TV and lots of books and toys. Definitely very patient staff! Dr. Ella Choi comes in at the end and is super friendly. We as parents assisted with the check up for assessing the mouth. It was quick enough that it didn't seem traumatic for my son. At the end, kids get to go to the toy chest for a treasure. It seemed like a positive enough experience that we booked for a follow up check up in 6 months time for my toddler.
