I have been to this dentist for years. Things have went downhill and got worse with my last visit. Kelsey, the office girl wouldn't call in my prescription before my Kelsey also treated me terribly. This is never happened before I did notice I decline care. The office girl been there from the beginning is great and I feel bad for her and I will miss her the hygienist. I a few friends to them. I have since told my probably should move they're not too happy with them either. I apologize about used to be good I said. Three neighbors about getting to dentist and I gave them Premier Dental now I have since called and told no find a different dentist So I'm finding a new dentist now and I'm letting people know don't go to this Dentist! read more

The work was okay but I truly feel scammed. Had a broken tooth, went in for X-rays, and was quoted a price. I got enough credit to cover the entirety of the procedure however after the initial work done(was a root canal) it is was about $600 more than what I had anticipated to pay that time so I have not been able to complete my root canal. Now I have the temporary cap and cannot afford to get a crown. Had I known I would have tried to get approved for more credit. Unfortunately my financial situation had changed and I was not able to. Wish they were more transparent about cost before performing a service. I have a feeling this is going to cause some issues for me in the future. read more

a few things. the front desk clerk is very rude and condescending to the assistants in front of the patients, this is very off putting and I almost stopped going to this dentist because of that. the only reason I went back is because I had a dental emergency and no one else could get me in. when I went back for some fillings, the male dentist couldn't get my bite correct, and I had to visit several more times for adjustments. the fillings are already starting to chip away as well. the final straw was when I had to cancel an appointment during a snow storm because I couldn't get out of my driveway, I cancelled slightly less than 24 hrs away, and they charged me 180 bucks for the cancellation. I will never go back to this dentist. The hygienist is great though, no complaints there, you can tell she has a lot of experience and is passionate about helping people. read more

My family has been coming for years, had a few issues nothing major and staff was friendly. Unfortunately office staff has changed and billing is a nightmare, so much so that we changed dentists. And now are finding out the mess of billing has caused a big issue. Keep good records or you will end up in a mess. read more

I had just moved to the ferndale area and I put off looking for a dentist for 7 months. During the pandemic my crown came off and randomly picked premier Dental Center and hoped for the best. Luckily, they got me in the next day. I didn't know if that was a good or bad sign. I was scheduled with Dr. Nichols. Well, I can't brag enough about this man. He is funny, caring and confident. He explains everything to you step by step and makes you feel so comfy. He has an amazing rapport with the staff and you just love being in his company. He sings, tells jokes and interacts with you as a person and not just like a patient. He is fair and explains everything to you. He makes everything easy - even the shots!! I didn't feel a thing!!! I had a medical emergency while I was in the chair and the staff was amazing, they were loving and kind and called an ambulance for me, called my husband, just took amazing care of me and I am so very grateful for their kindness. We had the most disappointing experience at Premier Dental yesterday. My daughter has severe anxiety and has had dental trauma in the past. She contacted Premier for help with a broken tooth. The office staff and dental hygienist were kind, supportive and reassuring. All signs indicated this office was prepared to support my daughter with her dental needs. She met with staff three times prior to ensure they understood her needs and paid cash up front prior to the procedure. Dr. Vu was scheduled to extract my daughter's wisdom teeth and repair her broken tooth. My daughter was very anxious but was relieved to getting the procedure done. She was blamed for having too high blood pressure, she was threatened she would be sent home, she was repeatedly told she had terrible veins. She was not listened to when she explained her pressure was high because she was anxious. She was ignored when she explained that sending her home would only exacerbate her anxiety. She was shamed and mistreated. It was HORRIBLE! There was no reassurance, no positive energy or attitude, and lots of blame. We will never return. read more

I am new to the Northwest and was looking for a dentist so I read all the reviews and I chose Premier Dental Center. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months am way old now so I have experience. I was surprised in all the work I needed but had confidence in their diagnosis. So we began work on replacing an existing crown. The temporary crown came off before I got home. Went back in a few days later and had another put on. This one lasted longer but still came off. This time it was determined the tooth needed to be adjusted. Novacaine was required since it was very sensitive. I have had many shots of Novacaine I have never been hurt as bad as I was hurt by that doctor. The doctor didn't give the Novacaine enough time to work and kept picking at me which was causing pain I started getting very anxious and finally said he had to stop and let the Novacaine work. With that he gave me another shot of Novacaine and you would think that didn't hurt but it did. After that my mouth was extremely sore and I just thought that it was from the work that had been done but my mouth didn't feel right after two weeks I realized that something was wrong because now all of my teeth were hurting on the bottom on the side of the crown. So I went back and saw a different doctor who did not even look at my bite knowing that I had that crown replaced. Instead she tested my teeth and determined that now I need a root canal on a tooth that they filled a small cavity. When you look at the x-rays you can see that the filling is right next to the root of the tooth. I was recommended to a doctor for a root canal but I had to wait for 30 days to get. Now my upper teeth are hurting not just my bottom teeth but now my top teeth and I have a killer sinus infection. So I went back in to see what they can do for me, something was wrong. They adjusted my bite and I thought well that seems better but it still didn't seem right. After giving it a day or two and it didn't get better I found another dentist. Love Dentistry, Dr. Amy is a wonderful dentist. I still had to have a root canal but she fixed my bite and all stopped hurting. Since my experience with Premier Dentistry I've had conversations with four different people that have told me their horror stories about the same dentist office. read more

Second time having Dr. Nichols do some repair work. He did another great job today filling an upper tooth for me. Barely felt the Novocaine shot to numb the area. The repair work went quickly and I appreciated the excellent communication from him during the process. Dr. Nichols is a very skilled, considerate, and friendly professional. read more

I agree that Dr. Nichols is a fantastic and informative dentist. Sadly, he is is no longer at Premier Dental Center.

I seem to always have a good experience and I've had some dental anxiety due to bad experiences. Thank u for putting up with me. The only complaint I might have is when sent message to put a review in my name was spelled Carry but mine is not spelled that way. LOL read more

After Dr. Vu did a very poor job On my new crowns, I was so disappointed that I found a new dentist and requested From her office that they send all records and x-rays to my new dentist three weeks before my new appointment and then again two days before my new appointmentSo I had to have all new x-rays taken and I'm now being charged a second time, her office told me that the new dentist should eat it, meaning the extra charge for the x-rays. What kind of a dentist is that to try to make somebody else pay because she sat on something she was told to send. She is very greedy and she delegates all of the important work to her trainees who don't seem to know what they're doing half the time. I gave her the opportunity to pay the measly $66 since it was her fault for not sending the one in five-year allowed x-ray from my appointment to my new dentist. She knows that dentists are only allowed to take one panoramic every five years and she made the choice not to send that to my new dentist. She's got so much money she doesn't need to be that greedy. Find a new dentist if you know what's good for you. I'd send you a picture of my smile but I'm too embarrassed and obviously she was too embarrassed of her final work to put it in her little notebook that she keeps out in the lounge. If my smile is too embarrassing for her to show as her work then I guess she should just give it up and find a new profession. read more
