There's something about that tray of traditional red that keeps us coming back for more. Add some often-rotating and very creative wing sauce varieties and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser. I know they're a local favorite, I know they have their devoted followers, but I really do feel like it's one of the more unique pizza offerings in our area. We got takeout and it was ready right on time. I hesitate to say it, but I mean it in the most delicious, addictive way; it's like a thinner, tastier, less stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth-ish Nardone's style (in shape and feel), with a more complex cheese build. It's a hybrid tray/bar pie vibe, and you'll wonder how many cuts you can take before others do the math. My son ordered the cheesesteak; I had a hard time verbalizing 'just steak and cheese' but check that picture out, I think he's onto something. The wing sauces don't feel weighed down by butter or additives; they're bright, flavorful and unique blends that you can experiment with, since you can get orders as small as six bone-in wings. One of the sauces we tried was Szechuan orange, almost reminiscent of Asian duck; sweet and tangy with a little peppery zing, the boneless bites come SAUCED. I still prefer the regular wings. And it would be criminal not to mention Grandma Kelsey's Pizza, which might not adhere strictly to the Grandma lineage (whatever that is) but is certainly in my top 3 grandma pies locally; really incredible! read more

Came into town for a show at Kirby Center and found Kelsey's . Great outside seating . Got a few beers and just about everyone working came to check on us . Ordered the Jambalaya pizza as an appetizer (biggest small pizza everrr) it was amazing . Our server was super cool and noticed my burger wasn't cooked correctly and had another one made for me . Excellent service and food we came in 14 of us every single one of us thought 10/10 for everything.

Fish and chips was good. Fries were hella mid and tasted like a school lunch refrigerator. Make them fresh! Service was terrible.

The food was good however the wait was over an hour. The weather was hot and humid and no one from the restaurant came out to offer us some water. The waitress appeared to be harsh and unapproachable. when I asked her a question pertaining to the menu, she answered abruptly as if she was annoyed. In addition, there was no knife in the napkin. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she answered me in a stern voice, "we are out of knives". Unacceptable!! It appears as if they have begun to take the customers for granted. I love Kelsey's new outdoor eating area. Unfortunately, our group couldn't enjoy our whole meal outside because of the rain. It is a busy place on Friday night because the food is great, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. We had a variety of items from the menu and enjoyed all of them. The Papa Dave's potato pizza was a BIG hit! The buffalo shrimp and bites were good. Waffle and sweet potato fries were yummy. Their specials are unique and delicious The only thing that kept this from being a five star review is there has been confusion with our checks several times because every waitress waits on you. Food was great as well as the atmosphere had plenty of tv's throught the bar to watch football. The only think that made me feel like I got taken for was when paying the bill with my credit card they put a 3% charge on the check with out me knowing that, why do I have to pay for the use of a credit card. It says on the credit card slip pay cash and save 3% it should say use a credit card and pay 3% more. Not saying I am not going there anymore again but I sure will go less. read more

Decent spot to sit outside when the weathers permits it and have some drinks but the menu is unjustifiably pricey. Had the "crabby patty" sandwich which was okay. The crab cake was decent and had some real hunks of white meat in it but it was not $12 good. Plus they wanted an extra dollar for a side of fries. Can't throw some chips my way? A $12 sandwich better be top notch, not a decent crab cake on a kind of stale super market role with ice burg lettuce and nothing else on your plate. I come here with my family all the time. I was skeptical, but dammit this place is great! It's not fancy inside, and, if the weather's nice, it's really best to sit on the patio. However, if you come during the 9 months of the year when you can't do that, prepare for food that will blow your mind! Their cheesesteaks are heavenly; the bread is soft and fresh and the quality of ingredients is superb! The pizza is a big hit with everyone in my family! I really enjoy the seasonal specials, like the gourmet pumpkin ravioli with bacon and chicken. They've got a ton of beer choices as well, though I'm partial to the Diet RC Cola. Went here with a small group of family members for a birthday dinner recently. We have been going here several times per year over the last few years, and have been very satisfied overall with the food and service quality. But tonight we paid with a credit card and noticed a 3% credit card surcharge. There is no mention of this on the menu, nor is there any signage visible in the restaurant, pre-warning the customer of this practice. I've seen other establishments such as by-the-slice pizza joints post a prominent notice on their ordering/cash register area something along the lines of "$0.50 surcharge credit card surcharge for orders under $10," which I can kind of understand since they probably do many under-$10 transactions per day, and their bank fees could add up over a day of business. But for a full-service restaurant that seems to do a substantial amount of business over the course of a week, I don't find this to be an acceptable practice. read more

My husband and I usually come on Wednesday for the clam special and Coors Light pitcher special. The clams are always good. The battered fish is delicious. We have enjoyed many of the pizza specials.
