Visiting family in the area and this place was close to my hotel. It's basically something of a sports bar with typical bar food, and a few non typical items. There's a. Great draft beer selection with lots of local beers on tap. Service was friendly each time I visited this location, and the beers were cold. It's like a local version a chain - big menus and tons of TVs. Every staff member was over the top friendly and personable. The manager's name is even Sunshine! She brought us scratch off coupons for a ton of free stuff. We asked for some extra sauces and they brought us everything we asked for ... without question. The portions are generous, prices are super reasonable ... I think you'd have a hard time finding a better spot with all the options with this level of service and quality. This restaurant is close to the hotel (Home2 Suites) where my work team is this week, so we decided to give it a go for lunch. It is a standard chain style restaurant set up for tables and ambiance. I did like the Eagles memorabilia on the walls. It, no kidding, smelled like an IPA directly inside the door. I get it's an ale house, but that was a new experience for me. The menu is extensive! It swings from hot wings to steamed dumplings to meatloaf. There were some unique finds on there that our team wanted to try like the chimichurri steak salad and the Zingers Tikka Wraps. I tried the zingers, which are chicken tenders tossed in your sauce selection, in hot since the menu touted it being their signature thing for over 30 years. The pictures on the menus, descriptions, and pictures they show on the rolling tv screens all around did not match what came from the kitchen. My zingers had minimal sauce on them, and I had to request additional. The wrap came out half hazardous placed on the plate. The service was lacking with refills and ensuring we had what we needed. It seemed like a bother even though the place was not busy at all. All in all, it's be a decent place for Sunday football with some basic wings and beer, but I would choose a different place for lunch next time I'm in the area. read more

I would ask for him if I ever come back. He recommended their burgers and steaks so I decided to try their 8 oz filet mignon. Excellent!! Perfect sear and seasoning, medium rare!! Got the add on crab legs which were sweet and delish, albeit maybe not the freshest I've ever had, but we're in eastern PA!! Mashed potatoes were so good!! Idk what they put in them but def garlic...red skinned and yum! Hubby got the 10 oz center cut sirloin, perfect medium with an add on of 12 fried shrimp-- he loved his. We both got steamed broccoli, which NO ONE seems to get right (it's either hot raw or mush) not here!! It was perfectly steamed with a garlic butter. Everything just so well done!! I really like the chicken ravioli. Something I would never order anywhere but it was highly recommended when they initially put it on the menu. I virtually get it every time I go. Excellent. Visited this place for the first time although I cross it every day to/from work. Great ambience, nice decor and good for groups. We were a group of 4, got seated pretty fast although the place was a bit busy. Food came in about 30-40 minutes, but we didn't mind at all, given how delicious it was. Our waiter was very friendly too. I ordered their Lunch Special flatbread with the caesar salad on the side which was YUM! Very filling and cost only $10 (Take the half flatbread- only $7) You'd be full halfway through your meal if you already had a couple of drinks lol. I would definitely visit this place again. Wow, the first time I went to the Miller Ale House was 30+ years ago somewhere in Florida. I was not impressed at all. Fast forward to 2024 and holy Smoke, they have upped their game!! They have at least 50 taps of craft beer that ranges from lagers to IPA's. Then the food... they have a menu that does not disappoint. We ordered the Pork Shank that rivals any Schweinshaxen I have had. It is over the top. Now the best part, they make Old Fashions with clear ice cubes and smoke with two varieties of wood. As for the food, nothing really special. We both ended up getting steaks which wasn't a good choice. But considering they aren't a steak house it wasn't awful either. I also got the fried shrimp with Boom Boom sauce. It lacked the boom. Beers were cold though and at $9.00 a pitcher, it was a good deal. The atmosphere is similar to all chain restaurant/bar. I did not drink during this trip, however I reviewed their beer selection and drink menu. I would say there is something for everyone. The bartender was super sweet and very busy but she checked in a few times throughout the course of the night. I ordered the big red sandwich and a side salad. The side salad came out rather quickly and was humongous, so much so I have added a picture. I forgot to take a picture of the big red sandwich, but I would say it was rather large and very good. My daughter and I visited recently for lunch on a Sunday and I have to say they probably have one of the best French onion soups I've had in the area--a very flavorful broth with the right amount of onions, yummy cheese and bread topping. I ordered the zingers (chicken fingers) plain with the sauce on the side (I learned my lesson last time when I got the sauce on them and didn't like it) and of course, French onion soup. The chicken fingers were moist and tasty with the sweet Thai chili sauce to dip in. My daughter ordered a Big Red chicken sandwich, which was HUGE!! They have some great beers on tap and Angry Orchard (my fave!). They also have some great happy hour prices on beer and mixed drinks. Prices are reasonable and we've always had great service here. Large, open pub with good food and great beer selection. I stopped in for some lunch while visiting the area. The waitress was very friendly and the place was open, clean and inviting. As far as precautions, I watched my table being disinfected before they sat me, everyone wore masks and sanitizer was readily available in several locations. They had an impressive craft beer list including several local breweries. My fav was the Nimble Hill Shamrock Porter which is dark Porter with a hint of mint. Unique and very tasty.
