Upon presenting required documents for myself and my wife, I was told that there is no appointment shown on system for us. I was asked if I confirmed my appointment. Naturally my answer was affirmative. Yet the clerk was not able to see our appointments for today at 9:50 and 10:10 am. I was completely disappointed and feel helpless, when the other lady on counter approached and showed the earlier clerk our appointments on system and finally our requisitions were accepted and rest of the main technical work, was very smooth. Suggest that staff dealing with patients on counter is properly trained, before assignments the job.
