I wish we would have gone with the better known cleaning services but because this company seemed like they did a good job and they weren't a bigger corporation. To start things off the two woman they sent out were very rude to our agent before we got there. We had given them a list of the most important things to get done in the 3 hours they were both going to be in the house. Mainly we wanted the kitchen cleaned and the two bathrooms. And if they had extra time to dust the ceiling fans and clean the windows/blinds. In the end of the 3 hours shift (6 cleaning hours) they were able to clean the TWO bathrooms and JUST CLEAN THE OVEN. The fridge was still dirty, they didn't even touch the counter tops, the floor in the kitchen didn't get swept, and they didn't touch the ANY of the windows. On top of all of that they left a 5 gallon trash bag of wipes, paper towels, and their lunch right outside of our front door. Maybe if they didn't leave 10 minutes early they would have cleaned the counter tops, swept the kitchen floor and grabbed the bag of trash on the way out. When we spoke to "management" the next morning for an hour and they argued with us instead of trying to make it right. Let me just say my wife and I could have have done a better job in the three hours, and this isn't our full time job! I don't usually post reviews but this ticked me off and I don't want you guys to have to go through the same thing.

I'm lucky because she's available every Sunday and i would like to get our new house deep cleaned before we move in. It's also a plus that she's located in Chula Vista so she's close to our place.
