Warning! Dr Parks at Same Day Smiles put me through two years of torture! I paid him $50,000 for a…read moretotal mouth restoration and then had to pay another $20,000 to get another dentist to straighten out the mess and replace a front tooth that Dr Parks broke off! Dr Parks is in a big hurry to make a lot of money and his patients suffer because of it. He had me put to sleep for a procedure that was only supposed to take four hours and he had to keep me under anesthesia for approximately 10 hours, which I could have died from! During the procedure he broke off my front tooth and had to do an emergency root canal and then had to create a temporary bridge so I would have a temporary front tooth. He called me the next day and asked if I noticed any numbness in the front of my mouth? This is when he told me that he broke my tooth off. There was nothing wrong with my front teeth except I wanted crowns on all of my teeth to make them perfect and white. He worked on my teeth for more than a year and never got them right! My bite was never right which caused bad headaches and he was never successful in getting my front tooth replaced with a permanent crown. Over a period of 18 months, he attempted many many times and I would always leave with another temporary tooth! As a matter of fact, he totured me by saying he needed to remove all of my crowns and start over because he couldn't get my bite right and the color was not what I chose. HE NEVER GOT IT RIGHT! He kept ordering another crown for my front tooth, having to remove the temporary, over and over for two years! He couldn't get one to fit or the color was way off. The last time I went to him he ordered another one and said they would call me when it came in and I never received a call! His entire staff continues to quit because they don't like the way he treats them and his patients. After being tortured for very long time and being embarrassed when my temporary front tooth broke off on vacation, I went to a professional dentist which had to replace five of the crowns that Dr Park had placed and the permanent front tooth, at the cost of $20,000. If you're needing cosmetic dentistry, I would go without teeth before I went to Same Day Smiles! Save yourself a lot of torturing and pain!

I also had multiple mercury fillings that needed to be remediated. NRD has an extensive protocol to prevent any further exposure to mercury. We were able to remove the fillings and replace them with safe, non-toxic white fillings. After we addressed my jaw pain and fillings, we were able to move forward with veneers. We were leaving for vacation just 2 days later and I looked bad... real bad! Didn't think I could get it fixed over a holiday weekend, but we called an out of town friend who is a cosmetic dentist and she gave us Dr. Reynold's contact information. Left a message on his cell at 10pm, expecting to get a return call one or two days later. Instead, he called back at 11p. that same night and generously offered to come back from his family weekend on Monday afternoon to fix my tooth. I was amazed! She made sure the resin was the exact color to match my tooth and after the procedure was complete I couldn't even tell what was tooth and what wasn't. She told me to come in the next day and have the other dentist, Dr. Wilbur- redo the temporary front tooth. Dr. Wilbur re-matched my temporary, made it a lighter shade, polished it to perfection, and SEALED it with a shiny layer to make it resemble a tooth! I was shocked by how much nicer it looked, which further reinforced in me the notion that Dr. Bradley COULD have made the temporary look better but cut corners and did not, even after I told her I would be in front of a camera and needed it to look nice.
