A month or so later when I hadn't received the reimbursement I called them and they said to just wait. After another 3 months I called again and was told they would check. Then I got a message that the insurance had paid them and it was "posted to my account". If I wanted the money I could "call Michelle". SERIOUSLY??? They were not even going to notify me they had my $400, much less send me a check. Thankfully $400 is enough to me that I didn't forget about it. The cleaning was fine and the dentist seemed fine although everything was an upsell. I found another dentist. Hope I can ultimately get my money back.

He said it would be fine. After selling me, and fitting me with the crown I had terrible pain with the temporary crown. Long story short they convinced me the new crown would fix it which it did not. I had to go to an Endodontist to get a root canal done through the $2000 crown and spend another $1800 for the root canal. Then another $250 to get the crown filling. I've lost trust in this provider and the manager was not willing to listen to my concerns and acted like this was normal business.

I had a dental plan that was terminated, she called to give me a "friendly reminder" that I had an appointment and that my dental coverage was terminated. I wasn't aware so I said I would call and investigate. I called, I didn't have my plan number because I'm at work so I couldn't verify but I remembered that my main health insurance also covers DENTAL. So I call the office back and I relay info to receptionist, she tells me that they don't typically cover dental only emergencies. I said can you just check and she says and does everything to avoid agreeing to check. She wanted the number in back of the card for Dental and at first I didn't see it. She says it doesn't cover it. We have a back and forth and all of these exchanges with a very condescending tone. I of course, am giving her the condescending treatment back and asking to please double check and she says stop yelling at me or I'm going to hang up! I wasn't yelling but I sure as heck was using the same condescending attitude she was giving me! She hung up. I called back because I found the number on the card and she answers and she says I was interrupting and that my insurance is very difficult to deal with and that they only cover emergencies. I said please just check, isn't that part of your employment duties? Just check. She says they're a difficult insurance company to deal with and they probably don't cover it. So she's just assuming a lot! We get into another heated exchange and she hangs up on me again. I call back and she doesn't answer the phone and then on the 4th try her colleague answers. I tell the colleague what is going on and reception gets back on the phone I tell her I found the number to please call and check, her tone is different now and goes I'll check and call you back. I take matters into my own hands and call as well. Guess what, they COVER DENTAL and not just emergencies and this dental office is in network! I was so upset because if I didn't persist and also take matters into my own hands I would have just assumed what she was saying was 100% truth. I am a patient, insurances are already working against us and somehow this receptionist wanted to make this experience even worse, she didn't want to do her part and check, only assumed. I called her back and told her they accepted dental claims and all that it entails. She said she called too and it does cover me. As a patient of 3 years at this office the least she could have done is just say let me double check with insurance, she's been a patient a while, couldn't hurt to verify the other insurance. Instead I get condescending tone and refusal to verify on my behalf if the insurance covers my treatment. This person needs a course in customer service, a refresher on job responsibilities and a course on situations that don't require passive aggressiveness. Being upset because I am passing on my medical insurance because I am 75% sure they cover dental and asking to double check and her telling me she knows they don't without double checking is insanity to me.

It can be pretty easy to miss the place, and hard to park nearby. Just pull in at the Wendy's but continue to the back of the lot; there's a public area back by the creek.
