I trust him implicitly which is good because I've had a lot of work done (like six major surgeries in the past decade). He's compassionate, funny, honest, and a great dentist. He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

(It's still not fixed there is literally a hole in my tooth) Also had to return 3 times for them to get a root canal right, they had to re do the whole thing and then perform a filling on it TWICE after the initial root canal. Now as I was about to go in for a cleaning, I woke up sick, and they will not waive the fee to reschedule. I said I just finished throwing up and I have a fever. They said they still wanted me to show up or else I would be charged. At this point I have decided I am never returning to this dentist as they do not care for people well.

Two years ago, my plan failed and I had the worst pain my mouth I had ever felt. I found Dr. Ecken's office through my insurance and it was conveniently two miles from my house. Magnolia Dental performed the surgery - which the entire process took about 30 min, with majority of it numbing my mouth. I was in and back home within an hour which was awesome. They showed me the stretches to do multiple times a day and I went back a week later. It's been about a month since I had the procedure done and it's amazing. Instant relief from my throat and back of my neck. My range of motion for my tongue is wildly improved and I've had zero side effects (from eating to speaking).
