I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again. Unfortunately, someone called out sick, which would have been understandable but I was not notified of this until after I asked about why there was only one cleaner at my house. The cleaner was very friendly but was horrible. After arriving on time, she left immediately to get more supplies, ok it happens but be better prepared. When she gets back 30 minutes after the original start time, I gave her a walk through of the house. I only asked her to not clean 1 of the 4 bedrooms (Unused guest room), however she never touched my sons room. When I asked her about the master bath mirrors and sinks, she was insistent that there was a "sticky residue" on the mirrors and couldn't get it off. Wiped clean when I did it.... the master toilet, I had to re-scrub since she missed a lot in her "scrub". she had to use my vacuum half way through the job since hers "broke" again unprepared for work..Meanwhile, I am working from home expecting that for someone that cleans houses for a living would not need direction.... however when she reported that she was "done" and loaded her car up before my walk through, I found my exterior fridge untouched, kitchen counters with visible debri and my half bath, laundry and walkway from garage to kitchen, unswept or mopped. When I asked her to complete those tasks she seemed irritated that I would even ask her. I was extremely irritated at this point and left to pick up my daughter from work. When asked how things "went" by the owner I was honest about my disappointment and would not be using them again. I was given multiple excuses, and honestly if I am hiring someone to clean my house it is not my job to babysit them cleaning my house! They should be an expert by now! I was offered a free reclean but there is no way in hell I would want them to give me another mediocre cleaning. I literally paid $150 ($25 discount for my troubles) but feel like I would have gotten a better clean from my 15 year old doing it for free! Don't bother wasting your time or money there are better options out there.

5 ladies showed up nearly 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, the evening before an important…read moreevent the following day. My appointment was at 3P, they showed up at 5P. I was immediately concerned as housework is HARD, HARD work. But I was assured the team was fine and not tired. The house seemed clean when they left; however, I found two puddles of puddles of cat vomit were left - one behind a couch, the other under it. There was (I'll just say "material") left under the rim of one toilet. I had asked and was told they would honor my recycling policy, yet I could not find my garbage nor my recycling (I'll get back to this point) and, all my plastic bags, that had been saved in their own basket, had been put in yet another plastic bag and chucked into the garbage. So why was I looking for the recycling anyway? I noticed the dirty toilet early the next morning when I had bent over to flip my hair and thought 'sheesh, really?' and went to get my toilet brush that I kept in the plastic bucket that also held the recycling in the bathroom. Well, it was gone, tossed out... I keep the brush in the recycling bucket because I live in a small crowded house that demands compromises. The previous time they had come, I had mentioned to Maria's husband, Uriel, that these were not trash, please make sure they were not thrown away. Yes, I should have mentioned it again, but since I had not, I went to get it out of the recycling. It is not there. The previous time they cleaned, I had also asked them to honor my recycling policy. When I saw they had chucked all my garbage and recycling into their vehicle to remove from the property, I was a bit concerned but did not say anything. This time, Maria denied having taken the recycling with her, but - WHERE IS IT? Why is it not in the recycling container that goes out to the curb? So, the house is somewhat clean, my recycling is NOT where I asked for it to be put which is a problem because they threw away my toilet brush, which I now get to replace (yay), and have to spend precious time and more money to do that (yay). I am so relieved you could take stress off my plate. And they apparently remove garbage/recycling from your property. If I did not shred, I would be even more stressed about it... So for $24 per hour, they cleaned a kitchen (easiest task in the house), made up a bed (not put sheets on, just spread up the sheets, comforter, pillows), mopped a very dirty floor, dusted a fan, vacuumed (and managed to leave stuff behind, see pic), and cleaned two very small bathrooms. 5 man hours... Two rooms of the house were too cluttered to get to w/ laundry, office stuff... I have one word for this outfit - "Next".
