When I got home the floors were still dirty, used a swifter to clean the tile and it was turning the pads black. I called them to see if they could issue a refund or come back out. They told me only a manager could decide on a refund, called a couple of times, they never did anything. Claimed they sent people back out, they did not send anyone. I figure if they cant even clean a empty house, good luck if you are living in the home! I just got a flyer from this company and they claim that they are reliable, affordable, guarantee work, and thorough. I would not agree. Maybe affordable, but whats the point if the service is trash.
