We said okay and he set up a Saturday for the reschedule. On Saturday, his mother called and said he was running 3 hours late because he was doing 4H with his child. I said okay. We called them back and no answer we left a message that we couldn't wait around all day and to try for the following week. No call came. We called again despite reservations with how unreliable they were, and left a message to let us know if they were still interested in the business. The mother called and left a message last night that she had time "sometime" today, wednesday, or Saturday. We were done with them and decided they were extremely non commital, unreliable, and Unprofessional. Then the mother called this morning and offered today or Saturday. I told her for the 3rd time we cant do weekends for estimates. And that we need a morning like 9 am appointment. She seemed put off by it and offered 9-10 some morning. I told her that we need to work and cant wait around for Gordon or Cody for an hour to give us an estimate. She said she'd call them and call me back in 10 or 15 minutes. Never heard from her. These people at this company clearly get leads and play games, juggling potential customers into time slots that are only convenient to themselves and will drop you if they feel like it for personal reasons, a more expensive job comes through after promising you, or they want to sleep in past 9 am on a weekday. Its a wonder companies like this have any customers frankly. Wacky experience for a company that is to be cutting down enormous trees around your home. Disorganized and a waste of your time.

We have a tree on our propriety line that the branches where touching our house that we have been TRYING to get taken care of for months. We had 5 - yes I said 5 OTHER tree companies out to give us estimates; another 2 never showed for the estimate. Two of which had true ripping you off prices. We scheduled the work with 3 other companies once in May, July, and September - non of which showed up to do the work. The Estimate. I had stopped the workers coming home from the store and asked if they could give me an estimate. They had me call the office and I talked to Jason who said he would be by in about 45 mins. Shortly after I got off the phone with Jason the workers stopped by to follow up with me on their way to lunch. Jason showed up about 15 mins earlier than he said which is was awesome. Took a look at the work and gave me a great price - Schedule me the same day since they were already int he neighborhood and the crew came back a few hours later. The Crew. These guys were awesome! First, they have some crazy amazing skills at backing the chipper and dump truck into a very tight space. They were quick, thorough, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. What was really awesome is they really made minimal noise for what they were doing as well. I work from home and they really didn't disrupt me at all in the process. Overall. Great company from start to finish! Great Pricing! Staff is AMAZING and Professional! If I could give them 10 stars I totally would!!!
