Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. From the trenching to the plumbing and even the landscaping afterwards turned out better than I expected. These are good folks doing good work at a fair price.
