The waits and confusion I can live with. Those would have knocked my review down a star or two from 5 stars. While the staff is sometimes harried, they have always been caring and nice. It's the billing that gives them a one star rating. You will see my pic of the stack of bills and correspondence trying to get them to correct their bill. After multiple notifications from my insurance company that I owe them nothing, they just sent a bill to me for $58.56. It's not worth fighting. I don't owe the money, but I will pay it.
