Any doctor I've interacted with has been great both for their interpersonal skill and their medical. The last objection I have is their phone menu changing at 5:30 to say that the office is closed when the website says they are open till 6pm. It's bad enough to close the phones early but the droning annoying loud mans goes on and on about how great they are without giving any real information on leaving a message which I wanted to do. I pressed Zero and what a mistake that was, it just started the mans annoying too long message to start over. I'm sure whatever management reviewed that message on the office is closed message either didn't listen to all of because they were in a hurry or they enjoy having their ego stroked. It doesn't matter what the message says if it is too long and too loud done by a well spoken person it has no immediate option to leave a message or any option but to sit and suffer being subjected to a non-functional drone on how great TP is. I have long disliked the phone menu sound and length of the message here but the last straw is calling when office is supposed to be open and then being unable to accomplish anything constructive. I will bet that any business that specializes in professional construction of the public face in that field would find plenty wrong and would coach that speaker to do many things differently with the actual menu. Not open during the published hours mm Having an annoying voice on the message. Having a barely functioning menu with no option that is easy to navigate Erratic front desk attitude. I come from a different state and I didn't know feet doctor was a real thing. I chose this location because it was closer to my living and work, so luckily the bad reception push me to go to a better pediatrist who was much more helpful. Yall doctors need to learn, your receptionist can cause your office to not get paid due to bad customer service . understand who you hire.

Dr. Joel and staff always listen and respond in a caring manner. They go out of their way to accommodate you when your child is sick. The small practice allows for a personal experience each visit. Sheridan Peds is a wonderful, loving, and nurturing practice. I feel as though they are part of my family. I wish they could treat my children into adulthood.

I haven't been to a doctor since because it brings back these traumatic experiences everytime, and I'm 33 now. Please go into the room with your child wherever you take them. My parents never went in the room with me and stayed in the waiting lobby. I saw him for clinical depression which i still have but I had to see him to get my medicines prescribed. He made my depression far worse from inappropriately touching me in ways I didn't understand doctors aren't supposed to do at the time but felt off about it. I trusted him. A little tough to find the first time but we love the new set up. Dr. Tony is great and really gives great advice to new parents on the different stages of our son's growth. Our son isn't a big fan of shots but he has gotten better thanks to the nurses and doctors here. Their approach and care for their patients seems to be top priority here. So glad we've had a great office for our son this whole time.

Without ever treating me before, Dr. Lugo took my emergency appointment request and sat with me to go over the diagnosis so that he could complete the form for me. I appreciate the time he took to complete my request so that I could have the form back timely. Dr. Lugo asks the right questions and listens to your concerns. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the doctors! I wish I could remember their names to give them credit. If only those doctors could find a place that cares a little bit more about their clients, I wouldn't be saying this. But I also recall feeling ignored, and made to feel "over worried". They're our babies-we want to know ALL the details! Her two month appointment, which was supposed to be directly after her one-month appointment, got pushed apmost 2 months late!! They didn't see her from month 1 until almost 4!!! Which is unacceptable. Due to "lack of availability" FOR TWO MONTHS-The way I see it is, she was a brand new baby. When I called to ask if they had availability for a newborn, they should've told me NO if they were not going to have the appointments necessary for her best health. But something else was fishy- because remember? I had friends that went to the same exact place! And somehow both friends managed to get their daughters an appointment within the same month that they told me was "completely booked up".... And I mean, we're talking about a newborn here. A month old baby. They're supposed to be seen by the doctor regularly- it seems as though the receptionist just didn't care, or maybe had some personal feelings about our family so they messed up our appointment schedule? I'm not sure but the pieces is just don't fit together. How could you be booked up for one client, but be completely available for another... Well, to say the least, this is the reason we got out of there as soon as we could. And I'm so so grateful to have found a doctor that my daughter currently has. My daughter now believes she is extremely fat because of things said to her she is actually a pretty normal weight but has a ddd bra size at 13 so that adds weight to the scale and apparently that's just not ok. Her office staff was also rude and we could almost never get in even for sick appts. My son went without meds multiple times because they would not refill on time even though I called days ahead. Dr Guru also threatened to call cps on me twice. one because my daughter broke her ankle ice skating and once because she had an accident cooking dropped hot water down her front. so both complete accidents and one she was not even with me for she was with her aunt. Dr has no personality and even my kids dreaded going there.

The people are so friendly and welcoming, they make each visit great. Before going for check up or anything, you need to make an appointment. Most of the time there are a lot of open spots, and they give options on time as well. They work with your schedule, and make sure you get what you ask for you. You can either call to set up or walk in to make your appointment. What I love the most is that they give you a reminder card and they also call you the day before your appointment, to make you are able to make it or if you need to cancel it. The doctors always have good referrals. The office is a bit small, they have about four or five personal rooms for check up, but they share this building. There is street parking, it doesn't really get that crowded so you are able to find parking real close. I will not switch from them, because they are as good as it gets.
