From reception through examination they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Even though the facility is very "compact" they make use of every square inch. Each step of the way is completely explained and every question answered in plain, every day English. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to the reception area and parking. The reception/waiting area is excessively small and not very comfortable. They do have a water cooler which is unusual and very welcome. The parking lot is adequate in size but very difficult and sometimes dangerous to access. The entrance is about 50ft from the entrance to the Tops plaza on the other side of the road and controlled by a signal light. If more than 1 car is waiting to turn into the plaza the only way in is to proceed further down the road and turn around. If no one is waiting, cars speed up just in case the light changes. If in need of hearing services, this firm is worth checking out but use extreme care getting there.

Made one, then cancelled then said Herbst (can't use Dr. to address him!) was sick and couldn't see anyone and blah blah for weeks. Told my father to go to urgent care instead. He did, Mercy ambulatory did tests and told my father to follow up with Herbst. My father just got a letter stating to find another Dr. because Herbst would no longer see him! My father is not a pain and only calls when it's necessary. What kind of "Dr." only sees patients when they are feeling good?! Buffalo Medical Group then proceeded to tell my father that no other Dr. in the group would see him because of this letter. WTH is going on with this place? They have completely gone down hill since the pandemic. They let their staff go and then no one wanted to come back when they picked back up again. Now they have loser's like Herbst there because that's all they can get! Shame, used to be good. Look elsewhere, for physicians and care, this place has gone way downhill rapidly!
