She was so cheerful, kind and professional. I explained what I needed flowers for and she offered her caring words to me. She asked if I had a bouquet in mind - and I did, and told her the arrangement I saw online that I liked. She asked if I wanted the arrangement delivered that day. I did not, I needed it delivered in two days - and I could hear in Nancy's voice, although she would have had them delivered that day, was relived to have some time to do the arrangement. She was clearly very busy when I called. My point being, she did not rush me, she listened to me, offered me her sympathy and continued to treat me with excellent customer service, even though she was very busy. I received an email notification when the flowers were delivered and 5 minutes after that, I received a text with a photo of the gorgeous flowers and a note from my dear friend, thanking me for the flowers. I remained calm and polite the entire time, yet I was treated very horribly. I simply asked for a refund and explained the problem respectfully, but instead of helping, the situation escalated. The manager was just as rude--sarcastically telling me there was "nothing she could do," even though this is clearly a product they sell and can issue refunds for. As a manager, she should know how to handle customer concerns professionally, and this was not it. At this point, I no longer want anything to do with this business. The lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

That must have got their attention, but instead of providing me with the price qoute I asked for DAYS ago- the florist had the audacity to tell me that what I wanted was "too expensive" The florist never once asked me what my budget even was, and STILL didn't provide me with a qoute or alternatives that she/he thought were less "expensive" All in all, not professional like I imagined. I have never had issues with any department at Cutsforth, but I am extremely disappointed in my having to chase down an answer and basically being told your department isn't in need of good business. Loved the old barn adorned with rusted pieces of farm equipment. Broken shovels and rakes and other tools hanging upon the wall. So artistic and clever! Inside the space is huge but offerings were minimal. They had bags of popcorn in various flavors. Tomatoes, onions, zucchini, fresh corn, peaches, plums, watermelon and cantaloupe. The smalles cantaloupe rang up at almost $7 so I did a "catch & release" But I did buy some corn at .79 each and some fresh Lady Peaches at $3.49 a pound. Against The back wall are dried flower wreaths and swags, many look like they have been there for years. The place can definitely use a fresh update. They have animals for the kiddos to pet. Sheep, an alpaca and goat plus chickens and rabbits. If you are at the Swan Dahlia farm, this is just a quarter mile up the road.
