Enter the wait and the longer wait and then my food was delivered straight to my table by a most unhelpful person who just dropped of my food and asked "want any ketchup?" Before I could answer he was walking away so I guess no? But wait - it gets better. A fellow customer, understandably upset about receiving a cold sandwich (again, they should be *hot*), asked for the manager. Enter the manager - not with a sense of urgency, professionalism, or even a basic "sorry" for the inconvenience. No, he arrived in filthy clothes and the kind of attitude that said, "Why are you bothering me on my break?" The look on his face was like he had better places to be, like napping on a couch or watching paint dry. Honestly, I felt bad for the other customer who just wanted a warm sandwich.
