I saw the large sign that said "fudge" on my way home from Wimberley and promptly made a U-turn to get to the Spring Branch Store. On one side of the store, it's like a small gas station shop and the other side is a cute little restaurant. As we were just making a quick stop, we decided to buy some fudge, coffee and a few other snack items. This store had candy that I had never even heard of/ seen before from large companies (M&Ms/ Reeses/ etc) so I purchased a few different things to try. As I wasn't sure I'd be seeing them again... I felt it was a must to get some of the fun candies! Definitely a cute stop if you are driving through spring branch! Next time will make it a point to try the restaurant! read more

Update: Decided to try out their Supreme Pizza after a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad we did. It was absolutely the best pizza I've ever had. It was a bit on the expensive side. However, they don't scrimp on the toppings, that's for sure. It was loaded with everything but the kitchen sink, but I'm here to tell you that if they had added that too, it would still taste super delish, lol. "Shoot me a pic of the menu!" "Helllloooo, I'm hungry over here" were't returned by the time I spun my modded Miata into the parking lot and headed in for lunch. Misty had no idea I'd walk when I did; kinda an old DS school surprise. I sat at the bar ordering a gyro combo with fries and a drink. Sweet lady producing something I didn't expect. A quality gyro in the middle of nowhere Texas. Beef and lamb slices were abit small compared to an establishment that uses an actual spit. Out on the 281 corridor, the perfect amount of meat, vegetables, toasted pita,and Tzatziki sauce won me over. Excellent fries as well and for $7.99 came with a 32 ounce glass of iced tea. The burger here may be good; this my friends is a step above. Quaint little digs attached to the convenience store that's been there as long as I can remember.
