I have been a patient of Dr. Sato's for many years now. She did a breast explant surgery on me…read morewith a fat transfer and 360 lipo. Her work is beautiful and I loved my results. She took such good care and concern with me after surgery above and beyond the typical post op appointments. She also has been my injector (even before surgery) . She is always on time. She sits and answers my questions. She listens and never pressures you to do more just to make money. She is honest and patient. And she wants her patients looking and feeling their best. She is an expert in her field and you will not regret choosing her to perfect what you already have. She is amazing.

Dr Sato Review From…read morethe moment I met Dr. Erika Sato I knew she was the surgeon for me. I had done extensive research over the years on tummy tucks and had consulted with a few other surgeons previously... but not one came close to making me feel 100% comfortable as she did. Dr. Sato is real and transparent; beautifully blunt, as I like to call it. She probes you to ask questions and gives you answers questions you didn't even know you had. When she says "Ok, what else..." you know that she wants to give you all of the knowledge you need or desire before surgery. I respected that immensely then and throughout these first 6 weeks of recovery. Her bedside manner is outstanding and her nursing staff is incredible (special kudos to Savannah at My Houston Surgeons). If I email her directly or text a question during recovery, she answers almost immediately. This is so important during recovery for support and ease of mind, especially the first two weeks. Dr. Sato has been very accurate in the projected recovery timeline, as you go through the many phases. She's always there to reassure you that bloating is normal, or to address any concern with scar healing/medications. I had lost over 70lbs over the years and wanted to be able to see my hard work, but could not with the extra skin I had. I lift and workout 6 days a week for YEARS, with a coach... I had tried CoolSculpting earlier this year with minimal results, because you cannot remove skin. Dr. Sato made it possible for me to have my "dream body" that I've worked for 12 years for, and for that, I will be forever grateful. What I had done: Full tummy tuck, liposuction to the upper and lower abs and mons with fat grafting to my boobs (230CCs each). I believe 15 sq in of skin was removed. These photos are one week PRE-OP and 6 weeks POST-OP. I look forward to my next follow ups and to see the new changes every week for the next few months of recovery. I could not have asked for a better surgeon and experience and will refer anyone and everyone considering plastic surgery to Dr. Sato.

The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Natalie did a good job explaining my financing options. I went in for a consultation. Dr. Ravi did a great job explaining the procedure. He answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I left out very informed. I was also shown the details and the step by step process for the tummy tuck. There was no rush or pressure from them to make a decision that day. All in all I enjoyed the visit

This is all because of this internal bra I was pushed to pay another 10000 for . It's keeping the whole from closing. I have already had one procedure that took me out of school for 3 weeks.... Now it's happening again and no way I can take that time off again and don't finish school till June at which point I willl have had a hole in my boob for almost a year. I have had to come in at least 20 times to have a like gun powder looking substance that burns put in the hole to promote healing that isn't working. Yes it's smaller . Will ad picture . No underwear bras . Missing school gas for all these appts due to this. To boot, two times ago his nurse found lumps in the other breast told me to immediately see doctor and for three weeks mri and ultra sound at the end of year , can't do mammogram due to hole. Freaking out for 3 weeks and it's trauma from my breast job go figure. I want my boobs completely redone for 21000. Yet he blames anything else or ignores me completely and offers nothing . Freaking ridiculous and unacceptable. So pissed and angry .

I underwent multiple procedures including an arm lift, tummy tuck with lipo 360, and a breast lift…read morewith implants. After my arm lift, I developed a visible band on my right arm. I was told this was something I was "born with" and that it was swelling, but this was not discussed with me prior to surgery. I was sent articles after the surgery to educate me instead of before. Six months later, I proceeded with a paid revision. During that procedure, I experienced significant pain and expressed that multiple times. The procedure continued, and the final result was not reviewed with me as previously discussed. Fat was also taken from my inner thighs during the revision. I was told this would not leave visible marks, but I now have noticeable indentations in those areas. At this point, my arms are still uneven in size, with my left arm significantly smaller than my right. My right arm looks like I have a deformed elbow. I also continue to have a visible pink scar along my tummy tuck incision nearly two years later. I still experience swelling in my right hand more than a year after the revision, which I raised concerns about and didn't hear anything back. I attempted to follow up multiple times regarding these concerns, including sending messages that did not receive a response. I was later formally dismissed as a patient and was unable to complete previously discussed follow-up care, including scar treatment and minor corrections. I received a certified letter stating I was no longer her patient after I told her that I didn't feel emotionally or physically safe. The revision hurt more than it should, verbally being told different of many things took an emotional toll on me. After requesting my medical records, it took several months and multiple follow-ups to receive them. This experience took a significant toll on me during the healing process. I also found myself unable to leave feedback on some platforms after being blocked. If I could do it again, I would take more time researching and ensuring all expectations, risks, and follow-up care are clearly documented in advance.

So disappointed in my surgical results…read more I lost a LOT of weight and went to Dr. Rednam to remove the excess skin on my arms and extending down my sides. This was my first post-weight loss surgery and I had an extended brachioplasty in July 2019 with Dr. Rednam. Her office is incredibly clean, professional, and the staff is all kind and responsive. I had surgery at the facility next door. Surgery went fine. The doctor was responsive when I had questions and my appointments were always on time. Too much skin was removed on my left arm and not enough on my right. I had a tight band of skin on my left arm and it was limiting range of motion. Dr. Rednam advised that I wait at least 6 months to allow healing and the skin to adjust. I agreed and at 6 months, the skin was still far too tight on the left arm and too loose on the right. I went in for an additional procedure on each arm with her to loosen the skin on one arm and tighten the other. This cost ME an additional fee. It was done in office. The too loose arm is much better and the too tight arm is still a little too tight. Once you take away too much skin, you can't put it back. She made an attempt to loosen the skin by doing a zig zag incision and that certainly helped but it's not "fix". In addition, from the moment I unwrapped by arms from the original procedure, I was surprised at the crudeness and coarseness of the sutures and skin puckering. I had puckering skin and an uneven appearance. I had hoped that over time it would smooth out. It did a bit but it still looks bad. I have shown my arms to several other surgeons and of course, no doctor wants to say anything negative about another doctor, but I have had it confirmed to me that the appearance is result are not what should be expected from the surgery. I had lost a lot of weight and my arms had no extra fat on them. Therefore, it was just skin removed and no liposuction to remove additional fat. I am left with skin that is too tight on my arm near the elbow and an elbow with little to no padding because of the removal of too much skin and tissue. It has been over 2 years since the surgery and the skin and scar still look bad but more importantly it is not as functional as I had hoped or expected. I cannot rest on the elbow back of the lack of tissue. There is still a tightness to the skin and a slight band on too tight skin when I flex my arm. I know all surgeries come with inherent risks and I was prepared for that. I had previously had 5 required orthopedic surgeries, so I wasn't a novice to surgery. Unfortunately, this is (in my opinion) doctor error during surgery. I am also disappointed that I was charged for a corrective procedure.

Pretty sick to keep such an amount for a Dr that is so far booked out no ? I believe that the surgeons themselves are extremely talented in what they do but as far as ethics and customer care they are lacking . I was set to have surgery here - booked 2 years in advance ( because that was the soonest available appt ) after that initial consultation I never met or saw Dr.Roehl again . I went in for my pre op - 2 years later , and left just super unsure if the procedure was still what I wanted ( 30 days out ) I've paid 100% in full ( a large sum ) . I called for reassurance and was told " it'll change your life " . I asked if meeting with the surgeon again was an option to ease some of my concerns and was told she didn't have the availability. I then started to have DAILY panic attacks . I didn't want to lose 10k ( if you cancel 30 days or less from surgery they keep 50% of the surgery fee * NO EXCEPTIONS * bc your 2k non refundable deposit isn't enough - but I also didn't want to go through this huge procedure I was unsure of . I called another 4 x's looking for some sort of reassurance- was told basically to get over it - be excited . This office is super successful, clearly booking so far in advance they aren't lacking clientele. I would expect to be treated as more than just a $$$ from people in this profession.
