The problem is the entrance and traffic congestion turning into the mall. From 88th it's one lane into the main area of the mall and it's squally backed up at the traffic circle. It's inconvenient and parking becomes a hassle because of the angled store-parking that delays passage to the main parking lot. The planning of this space is terrible and after a few years of this I was hoping they would remedy this situation but nothing has changed. Though there are other entrances off of the avenue, it's inconvenient to get to and no one uses it. Happy there is now a Barnes and noble but again the parking situation is uninviting and I don't see myself going through that hassle to go to the bookstore.
