Dadeland Mall is an excellent example of location and staying power and is a go to mall for a lot of South Floridians for a reason. In terms of longevity, I will admit that I was familiar with Macy's back when it was Burdine's. I've never run into any issues shopping here, and the layout of the mall has always been easy to navigate. In terms of store variety there's plenty to pick from and depending on what's considered high-end to different people, there are designer stores so options are plentiful I'll also add that the food court has seen improvements over the years and the choice variety is excellent. You aren't just stuck with the same kind of food wearing a different label. In terms of appearance, the mall has seen it share of facelift and I know that it's premises are kept clean and there's always security, which is a nice touch during the holidays I have fun memories of shopping here and recently went for Mother's Day as I am not the one buying gifts: despite the nostalgia, the mall holds its own in terms of being a one stop shop for a variety of needs If you grew up in South Florida, you know that this is one of the two places to go when you need to try things on in person. I stopped in here to go to the Apple Store to buy a new MacBook. Thriving mall with lots of high end stores. Kinda crazy when other malls are dying, this place had more customers than one round expect for a random weekday, non holiday nor summer. Parking was a butane. Most of the spaces were for valet, at least the section I needed to be in. All the other spots were taken , I had to circle around a couple of times until someone left. In my opinion, this is the best mall in Dade. While malls are closing all over the place, Dadeland is thriving. Jam-packed from end to end. Of course I recommend Dadeland Mall, it is my neighborhood mall that I e been coming to for over 10 years! I love everything about it, the stores, the food court, the cleanliness and overall vibe of the people. Everyone seems like they're in a better mood when I go to Dadeland. It has stores for different tastes, from Saks to Spencer's and the newly opened Dick's Sporting goods! The mall is a long hallway type with two main stores at each end. To the east you have Dick's and JC Penney and to the west side you have Saks & Macy's. Mind you the mall has 2 Macy's so be sure to know which Macy's you need because it will be a little bit of a walk so keep that in mind if you have issues walking long distances. I know that lately it's been going through many changes in stores. It seems like every time I go there's a new store popping up, but I think that keeps it interesting. Do you all remember when Zara and Victoria's Secret traded places!?! Lol that was hilarious! Aside from the food court delights, Dadeland has amazing restaurants on its South side main entrance. You can dine at Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, CVI.Che 105, Earl's, Aoki, Texas de Brazil, I mean what a spread! As if that didn't entise you, you have TMobile inside store, a Tesla store, a gorgeous newish Apple Store and a new Gucci store! As if that wasn't enough, for all out of my town folks that need a hotel stay, there is a new AC Hotel adjacent to the mall! It literally has a bridge that connects to the second floor of the mall! It had been about a year since I was last here. Unlike other malls with many empty shops and few people Dadeland reminds busy and a shopping destination. It opens on weekdays at 11am with Saks opening at noon. I had some time to kill before an appointment in Kendal. The biggest problem is finding parking here. I refuse to park in the park garages as a solo female (it's a habit). I got lucky and found a space near Saks. I headed to Lululemon. Found some pants I just loved! Then I headed to Zara. Nada there. Looked around a bit more - so many stores to visit! Then I headed to Saks, where many employees said "hi," and generally seemed to enjoy being at work! I was super excited when I heard they were opening up an Islas Canarias in the Dadeland Mall food court. I went by as I was shopping and I was surprised they had not only croquetas and other pastelito favorites, they have sandwiches and bowls that you can make with different proteins like "ropa vieja" shredded beef etc. They also have your fresh oj and cafecito flowing. Props for having diet Materva and Jupiña on deck. Super surprised. Can't wait to come back and try their bowl. Great asset to the food court. 305 Croqueta county! read more

I remember first coming to Dadeland mall and remembering how impressed I was with the double Macy's locations and that you could eat at a cafe in Macy's! Although it may not be the fanciest mall out there, Dadeland Mall still impresses me with their selection of stores and dining. They have all my favorites: Coach, Express, Loft, the LEGO store for fun. For lunch or dinner, I love to either go to the Cheesecake Factory if I'm feeling a nicer meal and want to get away from the mall vibe. Came by the store to make a return... they didn't processed it because it was purchased in 10/29. Called the same manager that I saw in person while shopping in December and she had told me don't worry come see me if you encounter any problems then today she said oh sorry can't do anything. Horrible experience. While I was spending $ 2000 all was great but to return one leggings worth $70.00 she washed her hands. Won't be visiting them anymore. read more

I guess I haven't been here in several years. I saw today they built a hotel near the Macy's Mens/Children's store. Amazing. I had no idea that was here now. I posted pictures of some of the history of this mall. My family has told me that many years ago this was an open air center. So it has really evolved over the years. This mall lost one star right off the bat because Nordstrom left. I love that store and the one at this mall was on the small side. But at least it was there. In general, I find this mall very choppy to walk through. There are many sections. They added on a new wing several years ago with some great restaurants. They do have some unique stores. The mall is fine. I just would not go out of my way to come here. I prefer Town Center in Boca. I was in the area so it was worth stopping by. read more

Dadeland is an upscale mall that not only offers a good mix of regular and high-end stores, from Macy's up to Saks. They also have a large number of stores, the place seems to go on forever. The mall-walking experience is nice as it seems like it had a major facelift/update in recent years - it feels light and airy inside. While busy, parking was not a problem. One of the memorable things is that to go through the mall, you pass through the middle of a Macy's - there is "mall" on either side of the stope. Maybe that is where the mall once ended? Either way, we had an enjoyable shopping experience as it nice to be able to go to Crocs, the Gap, Saks and Macy's all in one trip. read more

Extremely Disappointed with Apple Support Experience Since July 12, I have been dealing with Apple Support for a persistent issue with my iPhone 16 Pro, which is less than 7 months old. The iMessage app is not working properly--I'm unable to send voice messages, photos, or videos. This is not just an inconvenience--as a pediatric occupational therapist, I use these features daily to send updates to the parents of my patients after each session. I've made three visits to the Apple Store at Dadeland Mall and had over 6 or 7 support calls with Apple Support. Every time I visited the store, I had to repeat my explanation from scratch, as if there was no communication or follow-up among the staff. The employees often seemed unsure or uninformed, which only added to the frustration. Despite being a loyal customer with multiple Apple products and AppleCare coverage, I feel completely let down by the lack of resolution and poor customer service. Some of the calls lasted more than 50 minutes, and still, no one has been able to fix the issue. You really don't get to know the true value of a company until you need their customer service--and in this case, Apple has failed me. read more

For me, Dadeland Mall is a "good old faithful" place to go. It has good name-brand stores and many nice restaurants. Even though it can be a little pricey (like many things nowadays) , Dadeland mall is very pleasurable to shop and dine at. There's a good variety of things to see and do. You can even buy a Tesla there! There's a nice showroom in there and there are many Tesla's you can take out for a test drive. My favorite restaurant there is the Cheesecake Factory, though there are many really elegant looking places on the second floor as well. I look forward to trying them someday! I really enjoy coming to this mall. The downside is the parking but it's nowhere close to Dolphin Mall. You have the option to valet if you'd like as well. My favorite stores are located in this mall and the food options are a nice variety. I've dined at Earl's and Chicken Guy while shopping here. I like the lighting and smell of the mall, makes it pleasant to stroll by. I've had successful shopping trips here because the clothes selection is different than other places. Come here once and while to have diner and love coming here until today. Dadeland really needs to revamp their valet. They close at 9pm on a Friday. Why it's Friday and people are out have a nice time and then get the text that they close at after getting there at 8 for dinner and if you don't get your car by you won't be able to get it until the next day. First time coming here in years, The mall is pretty clean honestly, it was easy to find parking, they have several parking garages which are easy to park and convenient in case it's raining or it rains, which we know living in Miami it's always a possibility. They also offer valet parking. I was able to grab a coffee in Starbucks so that was also convenient. The stores open at 11am as of the pandemic new hours are concerned, I did not know that, so I had to wait a few minutes, but there's plenty of seating in the middle of the mall area ( new and comfortable sofas and chairs ), everything looked clean and I saw a lot staff cleaning and disinfecting!!!! read more

I like this shopping mall as it is conveniently located right next to the Palmetto expressway, so easily accessible. Plenty of car parking although it can be very confusing. I personally find it better to try to park outside so you can remember your surroundings. I came here last year and no word of a lie seriously lost my car! I really like the dining area here at dadeland as it is situated away from the main drag of shops. Try not to go to the Apple store at this location as it always seem to be scarily busy, today there was a m a s s I v e queue outside. They have a Macy's and Nordstrom here Victoria Secrets, Sephora and the usual. I also like to park at the Dadeland mall for free and then walk across the road to West Elm and the walkable new dadeland down town area, where they have the wonderful Pubbelly sushi! read more

I found the store I was looking for and was able to buy the Christmas gifts still pending from the list. We walked a bit more to browse around. The Food Pavilion has the standard variety of eateries. I haven't been to the Dadeland Mall in 21 years. My, how things have changed! I worked for Burdines and that should put a time stamp on my timeline. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO AVENTURA MALL! I went to Dadeland Mall in few days ago and brought my service dogs. The security guy (he was short , glasses and african-American no hate here) stopped and asked if my dogs were service in a way that I didn't like. Of course i told him that they were service but he should have chosen someone else to say that because i am not the only one that brings dogs, in fact i am never going back, he probably didn't have bad intentions but its illegal if he wanted to ask what medical problem i had. I love this mall. Clean, has a good selection of stores and even the food court has a good selection of places to eat. I know it sounds weird but I even love getting the minute massages they have posted up at two of the entrances. You can even get leave your car getting washed while you shop. Your 'Visit Santa' sign in process needs to be fixed. Our appointment was at 1p. We got here before 1p to sign-in and only to wait in line for our turn. Also...I noticed each person is waited on, on a one on one until the very end. I saw Santa just chilling while the family he just took a pic was selecting their poses and made their purchase. A mall is a mall is a mall. Stores: There is no love or hate affair of this mall. It's a nice mall to be in while in south Florida. I've been here a few times and does the job fine with your average department stores, a few speciality stores, designer stores and of course places to eat. Restaurants: I am impressed with the part where they put the dining terrace restaurants. They did that a few years ago with adding names of a few fancy and casual dining spots. If I lived in the area I would come here to eat often since they have some good choices. Parking: It is tough but be patient and you will find parking in the garage. It's a Simon mall so of-course it will be busy. Hope they add more parking like they did in Sawgrass mall. Dadeland was (and still is) my mom's favorite Miami mall since moving there from Managua, Nicaragua around Christmas of 1984 (although she also briefly worked at west Miami's International Mall). Even today, it holds up as one of both my favorites & THE best malls in South Florida, with a flagship Macy's (Burdines Florida, her favorite store) in the middle to get through both sides of the mall. It used to have many great stores to shop from and in the past year, everything has disappeared and now you have these "boutiques" offering the same clothes you find on Amazon. This is a very nice mall, and I didn't experience any crazy suitcase people knocking me over. Parking was easy with lots of multilevel garages. It's got some great stores including a nice Macy's, Brookstone, Microsoft, and Apple. The JC Penney isn't that nice inside but has a good selection. This is the third time in last two weeks that I come to Dadeland. The men restroom at the food court is never very clean. To add insult to injury, the doors at toilet stalls don't seem to lock. I was just informed by a security officer at the mall that we cannot take pictures inside the mall, unless I m in the picture.
