    Subject: Request for Resolution Regarding Service Issue…read more Good evening, I visited your business today at approximately 4:45 PM. While in line, I spoke with an employee because your card service was not working. That issue was eventually resolved, and I explained that I primarily needed to use the vacuum. I was told I needed to purchase a car wash in order to access the vacuums, so I paid for the wash with that understanding. After completing the car wash, I discovered that the vacuums were not working. I notified one of your employees, who told me they needed to reboot and would be back on shortly. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes, but the vacuums never came back online. When I asked again, I was told to continue waiting. Eventually, another employee informed me that the vacuums would not be coming back on at all. At that point, I requested a voucher or some form of credit since I had paid for a service I did not need, solely to access the vacuums. I explained that I urgently needed the vacuum to clean a spill in my car upholstery to prevent staining. Instead of assistance, I was told to go to another location and "look it up" myself, despite not being familiar with the area. I was also told that the other location might already be closed. To make matters worse, I was later told that the vacuums are actually free, which directly contradicted the information I was given by your staff. When I pointed this out, I was told the employee who misinformed me was new and "doesn't matter." However, he represents your business, and the information he provided influenced my decision to pay for a car wash I did not need. This experience left me not only without the service I required but also feeling misled, disrespected, and out of money. Many other customers were also frustrated by the lack of transparency. I am simply asking for what is fair: a voucher or credit so I can return and receive the full service I paid for. Thank you for your time and attention.     I got the basic $7 car wash. There was no line. There was an employee out there to do my card for…read moreme. In and out quick. They had a lot of vacuums, but I didn't have time to use those. For $7 and a spot free rise it was just what I needed. I'll be back!
