Subject: Request for Resolution Regarding Service Issue Good evening, I visited your business today at approximately 4:45 PM. While in line, I spoke with an employee because your card service was not working. That issue was eventually resolved, and I explained that I primarily needed to use the vacuum. I was told I needed to purchase a car wash in order to access the vacuums, so I paid for the wash with that understanding. After completing the car wash, I discovered that the vacuums were not working. I notified one of your employees, who told me they needed to reboot and would be back on shortly. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes, but the vacuums never came back online. When I asked again, I was told to continue waiting. Eventually, another employee informed me that the vacuums would not be coming back on at all. At that point, I requested a voucher or some form of credit since I had paid for a service I did not need, solely to access the vacuums. I explained that I urgently needed the vacuum to clean a spill in my car upholstery to prevent staining. Instead of assistance, I was told to go to another location and "look it up" myself, despite not being familiar with the area. I was also told that the other location might already be closed. To make matters worse, I was later told that the vacuums are actually free, which directly contradicted the information I was given by your staff. When I pointed this out, I was told the employee who misinformed me was new and "doesn't matter." However, he represents your business, and the information he provided influenced my decision to pay for a car wash I did not need. This experience left me not only without the service I required but also feeling misled, disrespected, and out of money. Many other customers were also frustrated by the lack of transparency. I am simply asking for what is fair: a voucher or credit so I can return and receive the full service I paid for. Thank you for your time and attention. I found this place while looking for a car wash fundraiser, but it was so accommodating and accessible I used them anyway. A short line that moves at a decent pace, I picked my wash plan, paid cash and yeah...it was over after a quick dry-down from the staff. They also have an "Unlimited Car Wash Plan" for $14 a month. Convenient. Friendly staff. A decent location. Not what I was originally looking for but yeah just what I needed. Worth checking out! read more

I've gone here for years with medium to low expectations and never disappointed. No friendliness or real customer service at all.

I've never been to a car wash where my vehicle comes out almost as dirty as when it entered. It did get the rain spots off, but I think I could've done better with a hose. I would recommend investing in updating the equipment. I'm really surprised people go here. Next time I'll wash my vehicle at one of those self washing places. Two stars because it did remove the rain spots, but left other dirt marks in their place. So weird! read more

When I'm due or overdue for a car wash Soft Cloth is my first choice. Both locations are good. $5 wash gets the job done and the hand drying is helpful. Although, the guys could have a bigger stock pile of dry rags to dry with. read more

Paid $14 for the Ultimate and had 2 guys scrub down my truck in the beginning and 2 guys wipe down the truck in the end and gave them a big tip! So worth it. Drive thru wash at a fair price. When it's 100+ outside I love not having to get out of my car.

I've been a customer of this location for over 15 years. I always buy the booklet of tickets, and I always leave the guys who dry the car a tip. Until today. I took my car in yesterday and noticed a lot of hard water spots on the doors when I got home. So I took it back today to show them. The manager, Robert, said that the water dripped down from the mirrors when I drove away, and that they couldn't give me a rewash. The other guy working the hose asked me about the suspicious spots on my hood. They were overspray from the vehicle he had just hosed down ahead of me. I gave them the rest of my ticket booklet. They tried to give it back, but I told them I had no use for them as I wouldn't be coming back if they didn't stand behind their work. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was in the office, then that he had left. I asked for his name and phone number and was given his name (Pat Connor) and the "home office" number. When I called, the manager I had just been talking to (Robert) answered and took my name and number. I got a call back within a few minutes from Carrie. She asked if the car I had been bringing in for 15 years was black. It was white. This is a new black car. She advised me that this was unavoidable on black vehicles, and added that she knew because she had one. She offered to refund the money for the tickets I left at the car wash. Fair is fair. read more
