A disappointing experience from a place I'd patronized since 2007. As a recovering Democrat I'm used to disappointment (see Mondale, 1984), but this was a Kamala level disappointment without the excuse of being drunk. An hour and a half to wash and dry and they still used too much tire dressing after I specifically asked them not to. I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris four-door, which has been my reliable automobile this entire time. However, the inside definitely needed cleaning, especially after I took my dog to the park. The service was really easy to go through the choices as well as make payment. They are very busy so I had a timetable window between 2 to 4 hours to complete my vehicle so be prepared to have something to do in the meantime. My car was squeaky clean when I got it. There was places that I thought they could never reach and they were clean the only reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five stars is that there was a little bit of residue either from offgassing from the detailing cleaners on the inner windshield so I had to wipe down my windshield again when I got home. But definitely great for the price good customer service would definitely come back again. read more

Too slow. My credit card receipt had one time but the car wash ticket was 17 minutes later. I think it's how they justify it to customers if you speak up. Two different times being used. I waited 1:10 minutes from the time of my credit card receipt was printed and when I finally told them to just give me my keys. There were no other cars when I got there. There were four vehicles in the shade area getting the windows, interiors and exteriors wiped down. My car exited the car wash 15 minutes after I gave him my keys. So vacuumed and washed in 15 min. But it sat for almost an hour to get the rest of the pro wash stuff done to it. Two if the other four vehicles were still being worked on. They did two vehicles in an hour. I gave up when they immediately started working on a new vehicle right out of the wash while mine and other customers were still waiting for ours. They never touched mine from the time it came out of the wash. Been using them for years, but no more. Change your sign Romeo, you aren't "Yuma's Best" anymore. read more

I expect to wait, however over one hour for a basic car wash seemed extreme. I watched three people come up to the car separately, clean the driver side window and then walk away. They do not seem to have any kind of routine when it comes to the interior cleaning. It was baffling and clear they are paid the same rate regardless of the amount of cars they complete. Took my new truck to get washed a few days ago 12/28/24 . Paid a little extra for a hand wash with armor all. Truck wasn't even that dirty, just dusty from the AZ weather. They left a bunch of dirt spots on the truck and they even left the interior dirtier than what it was. They also left a used rag in the back seat. Water spots on the window. I had to go home and wipe it down myself to remove the dirt and water spots. I even tipped $$ the worker before I saw my truck in good faith. But what a disappointing experience. How it went; -It says online and on the doors that it opens at 8am; but at 7:45am they were already rolling with 3 cars ahead of me. Is it me or...? Just pointing it out. -I got what I paid for, I guess! The interior and the hand dry were on point but some spots were missed with the wash. Makes sense; the wash was automatic... Next time, I might look for those groups holding "car wash" signs; a little extra elbow grease and I'll feel better about spending my cash. Crazy slow. I waited well over an hour and a half for my truck to be washed Basic Wash nothing special. I understand the need to wait for a full service wash but this was ridiculous. If you have ever gone into a store and forgot where you parked when you returned to the parking lot; this experience was just like that. Only you wait so long here you forget what car you own. I called Romeo's to schedule an appt. to get the windows tinted on my new truck. - I clarified that it was a new truck since she said it'll be extra to take of any existing tint - I asked what the legal tinting % (if there is), for Arizona since it is illegal to tint the front windows in California. They didn't have an answer for me - I asked the girl I was speaking with, if they had some type of warranty if the tint bubbles up due to the summer heat. Would they fix it/replace it? She didn't have an answer - I started off talking to a girl who abruptly put someone else on the phone, who didn't speak English. I don't speak Spanish - The girl spoke English well but for some reason wasn't able to answer any of my questions - I was in the middle of phrasing my question differently when she yelled at me and said "I have other customers" ... At the beginning of the call I was informed that they don't schedule and appt. and it is first come first serve. She also added that they were not busy. So, why did you yell at me? I drove my sent my new car through the automated wash and when it came out I waited for the staff to dry it off and return it to me, but to my surprise I saw a rolling dent on fender. Spoke with a few members of their staff to include the manager. They said no way it happened there. I should have known better than to use a machine to wash a new car. I got my truck cleaned here. To be fair to them, my truck was in bad shape when i brought it in. I brought in the truck when they opened. They had it till close. I opted for their most expensive interior and exterior cleaning. My biggest complaint was that they had my truck for so long. Could they have done a better job, yes, but overall i would say they did a good job. I will give these guys another shot. read more

Slowest car wash I've been to! After waiting 1.5 hours and watching other cars that came after mine get finished first, I left. Took an hour to get it vacuumed and pulled into the wash bay. Then sat out front for another 30 mins as I watched other cars after mine get dried and cleaned. I didn't have anymore time to wait for my car to get: dried, windows done and tire dressing applied. It's a shame people write bad things about these guys. I just left the place after a wash and one of the towel drying guys went the extra step and fixed my steering wheel cover and he really did a good job w the interior even tho i just bought the cheapest interior cleaning. Nice guy and good attitude considering he's working in 111 degree weather. I've had my car detailed there before too and they do a great job. Once They accidentally switched my floor mats w another guys and they were very apologetic and professional. Accidents happen. Was it worth being a jerk to a worker who is working hard? Nah. I can't believe I just read a bad review from some guy who said that the hours sign said they open at 8am but when he got there they had opened early at 745 and he wasn't happy bc he had to wait for three cars in front of him. Damn, you just can't win. These guys work hard and this is a local establishment so give it your support. For those that whine online, get a life. Romeo's car wash took my weather tech floor mats out to clean them. Ok, then they put their wet feet all over my carpets which is why I bought them!. Then, they left them in the ground and ran over my weather tech mats with a GMC truck! I complained and to both the guy who ran them over and the Manger on duty! Zero apologies and a bit of a screw you! Nothing! Not even a "my bad"! So here is the bad review that is deserved and the company's message on yelp reviews! Guess I'm the 1% of customers who got screwed over. I also posted a pic of the employee who yelled at me when I complained about him running over my mats. They just didn't care and their performance showed it to me. I highly recommend any other place than Romeo's! Don't know the name of the female Manager on duty today but she did not help me at all and never replied to my complaint! SHE ignored me! Yelling? Sir! Prove it! On the other hand having to wait 30 minutes for my car to actually go through the wash and then another 10-15 to vacuum is a little much. What's funny though is they know they get busy but still only have like 5 people working outside. You think they'd hire more people. Subpar at best. I have been to Romeos multiple times over the last few years. I have no complaints on their pricing for each package. My biggest pet peeve which I have always given them the benefit of the doubt on is their time to completion. No matter the time frame I get there, I'm always there for an hour to hour and a half. I wouldn't mind the wait time if the employees have better attention to detail. The quality and integrity of the employees is severely lacking. In my truck I have leather interior with all-weather floor mats covering the carpet. I have dogs and the only spot where the hair sticks is the underside of the rear seats. If you have your seats folded up they will not fold them down and clean the leather, it's the same if they're folded down, they will not clean the underside of the seats. The last 3 times I've gone they have not cleaned the underside of the seats and I've left the seats flipped up and asked the person to vacuum to be sure the get it (I usually tip them extra just because of the dog hair) . For me it just shows the pure laziness of their employees and the lack of integrity for the job. There's no way they could not have seen the hair, let alone when you're told that there is and you blatantly disregard it. I would have liked to given more stars because the ratings in yuma are harsh most of the time. But after many years of coming here and seeing what has unfolded with this business I can not giving them a better rating. I will not be returning anymore. read more

I have taken my cars in the past to Romeos for car tinting. I tried taking my car this morning for window tinting and the workers there are rude by not helping us with what we need. From the reception being rude to the back workers not being professional. I will never tried to go back there again, two times I've been turn down!! I rather pay a little extra and get an actual appointment. This business runs like if you were in San Luis Mexico, actually I think you would get better service in Mexico knowing how they now run their business!
