There are a lot of positive reviews so I took a chance. Lance was very helpful and accommodating with great customer service. I dropped my vehicle off on the 4th even though A1 was closed so I could get a second opinion. I followed up with the next morning (5th) and Lance explained everything to me that would be needed. I did not feel pressured or like he was trying to get over on me. The work was completed later that day, and I will be back for future services. He advised as to what was right and what was wrong, and gave me an honest estimate of the (cost) damage.
