I had the unfortunate task of selling my parents property after the untimely death of my father. It was sad having to say goodbye to their home and Kendra never lost sight of that. So how did I find Kendra? I was looking through real estate agent recommendations on Nextdoor and stumbled upon one of Kendra's comments. I was impressed but a little hesitant because she was a #1 agent. Working with #1 agents in the past got me tangled up with assistants which resulted in layered communication, missteps cost me real dollars. That is NOT the experience you will have working with Kendra. She picked up the phone on my first call. We scheduled an appointment to review comps and immediately got started. She set up the estate sale, the painting contractor and staging company. She showed up at my parents home to check on their work and provided progress reports everyday.
