Later that day I went to the store and was hreeted in person as well, if not better than when I was on the phone with them. I decided to go with the Line-X premier coating as I like the wet look. I also purchased and had them install a tri-fold hard top bed cover. On the day of my installation appointment I showed up and everything went smoothly, including the work on my Gladiator being finished when they told me it would be. Everything was perfect and I could not be happier. When I picked up my Gladiator they thanked me for trusting them with my vehicle and made sure I understood they appreciated my business.
