I appreciated the help of the lady working cashier, she went out of her way to find if they had a product I was looking for. As the other lady didn't even greet or offer to help me, whereas when other ladies came in she greeted them & offered help. I think it was cause of my age & race that she didn't bother to look my way. Regardless I'm a paying customer. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location.

For the younger crowd, you can still find some nice jewelry or toiletries, though. There's a huge range of Vera Bradley products here, and I loved how they had a few items with a Texas influence (the leather cuff that said "Never forget your roots" engraved around the state of Texas won me over.) I've never been to their original location on Mason Road, but this branch here in La Centerra left a nice impression on me. A great place to stop by and browse.

When I got home from the store, I picked the rabbit up by its head and the head broke off. I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Debbie. I asked if they would replace the rabbit or at least give me a discount on a new one. Debbie told me "too bad so sad". She said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Debbie was so hostile and rude to me. I told Debbie that I have been a customer of At-Home for years and have spent a lot of money there. She told me "that's too bad." I am a fan of the whole treasure hunting (impulse buying guilt), HomeGoods, TJMaxx, Marshall's umbrella, as I find so much great stuff at great prices, when I have the time. I do like this specific HomeGoods location since it is (for the most part), organized and fairly new compared to other locations. I took away a star though, because it isn't as big as other locations I have been to, therefore their variety and stock isn't as abundant in comparison to different locations.
