    Huge! Lots of home decor, seasonal items and home decorative Knick knacks. Evidently dogs are allowed to shop here too. They have an extensive wall art section of all kinds of styles in every size imaginable. Parking is easy and plentiful. Prices are reasonable. I bought those closet scent sachets they used to sell at BBB for cheaper than mail order. They had more scents than I knew existed. It kinda reminds me of the old "Garden Ridge" store which I loved and miss. This will do nicely.

    This is my neighborhood At Home store. It's convenient for me and I can spend hours in this store. I often visit the one in Richmond too because I've found the inventory is different at each store. This location is located right off north side of Katy freeway feeder/service drive. It has a super huge parking lot, so no worries finding a parking space ever. The inventory had some slow points during pandemic, but so much better now. I love all of the themed home decor. Like right now you'll find various coastal decor, farmhouse and they recently got in quite a few cute gnomes for garden. Now the line. The line is often long and seems there's never enough cashiers. Especially during the weekend! Be prepared to find something to do to pass time if you happen to get stuck in the line.

    Love this place! Customer service on the floor was kinda meh! This time around. Usually it's exceptional! Always new stuff. Seems like their getting ready for Halloween.

    This is a LOVE-HATE relationship! The love: First of all, I love the selection here. They seem to have everything, and at decent prices. I can just browse and browse...mirrors, paintings, furniture, art, outdoor items, decor, rugs, greenery, etc etc. Prices: very reasonable. The hate: we were looking for an item we couldn't find anywhere, and FOUND It here on their website. We then drive 20 minutes to the store to get the item, and couldn't find it. So, I ask an employee where it is in the store, and I am told that they don't have that type of inventory system. What???? This is 2018 and a store employee can't find something, even if I have a SKU number from their website. Not believing this, I ask another employee, and I am told the same thing. Somebody in corporate needs to make some major upgrades.

    I never saw this many people at this store before except maybe at Christmas time. They have just reopened and while the layout may have changed, the items they sell are the same. They already have their Christmas decorations out as well as Halloween. And while it is a tad cleaner and there's no water falling from holes in the ceiling, I did step in some gum that a shopper was just too trashy to pick up after it fell out of their mouth. Sometimes it isn't the store's fault. They need to hire more people. Apparently the new face is making everyone want to shop here. The carts are scattered throughout the parking lot with only one guy assigned to bring them in. The biggest positive change, other than the inside no longer feeling like a haunted house, is the parking lot. It's nice, new blacktop with 2 entrances on the feeder road rather than the older gravely cement with pot holes that could devour a small child. So congrats At Home, you look much nicer and maybe it will stay that way when the "new" wears off.

    At Home - wrong advertised price!

    The At Home @ 19420 Katy Freeway has a section of their rugs improperly advertised for cheaper (5x7) than they are when you get to the register. When questioning the manager, Ralph, stated yes they are mislabeled and yes the advertised pricing is incorrect but your price is the higher price. While explaining and showing a picture of the rug to be purchased, Ralph interjected to ask rudely " what is it that you want?" my wife said "we don't anything" and handed the rug back. Mistakes happen, but don't admit I am right and then rudely treat me like I am not there to pay you for a product. Customers aren't always right, but neither are managers, such as, Ralph. Very unprofessional and poorly handled.

    Two stalls broken,  others were filthy, urinals were nasty, sinks were disgusting and the door had brown liquid leaking from the handle.

    It's a bargain shopper's dream, that's for sure. I mean, it's the rebirth of Garden Pottery, so I give it at least 4 stars for that. On this visit though, they failed to impress me with aisles that weren't clear, I don't recall seeing a store rep on the floor, and the most horrible restroom I've ever encountered (see pic). They're having a Closing Soon Sale, but plan to reopen in Fall of 2017. I hope that they gut the building and hire people who care a little bit more.

    Store was VERY organized an clean. It was a pleasure to shop!

    BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, READ THIS ENTIRE DEAL! Do not be coerced…read moreinto buying one of these prefab back yard grills that claim to come with Lifetime Warranty. That is far from the truth. On 11/9/19 I purchased a St. Thomas GX6 *Travertine with the lights and the trimmings from the Richmond, TX location. I purchased this model with the lights solely because I was told that they would be covered under warranty. Come to find out, that is also far from the truth. I paid a little over 10k to have this set delivered to my home as quickly as possible as stated on the contract "ASAP." I was told that it would be delivered and installed before Thanksgiving of that same month. Come to find out, they were behind. Then the driver did not show up, then the welding guy that was supposed to put in the additional door could not come out for some reason. Regardless of going back and forth with Sales Manager, Justin Farmer the time frame was not kept as promised. My family came to my home with a back porch and pergola with no backyard kitchen. Alright, no worries, I guess I must just take it for what it is. No one bothered to offer anything for compensation, no drawers, accessories, nothing. Oh well. The job was not complete until mid-August. So, I could not hang out with the family on my porch either for my son's birthday August 12th. Really screwed that one up, customer service could not help, I contacted leadership, and no one did nothing. Just the regular old SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). My wife was/is livid being that we did not have what we paid for ($10,000) for the family gatherings of that year and let me know that we had spent 10k only to get the back end of the stick. I defended Paradise Grills in saying, we paid for the delivery and the lifetime warranty and that I was confident we would not get jerked around on the warranty. Now, I let it go because eventually everything was delivered and installed after about 13 phone calls and a few inbox messages to leadership of Paradise Grills. Today 4/12/2021, I call in about the light associated with my grill that is inside and I was told that I had to purchase one (Phillips G4 bipin 12-volt 20-watt halogen), and that it was not covered under the warranty. Nor the lights on my St. Thomas Bar system. Ok fine, I'll buy the 25-dollar light bulb, but I also mentioned that the light cover is in front of the light bulb on the inside was cracked and blackened. "Oh, yeah that isn't covered either." I responded immediately verbatim what the sales manager, Justin Farmer told me and that what was confirmed in the showroom as I was purchasing. I was then told, that "it says clearly in the manual that comes with the Grill that it is not covered. "Well, Mr. Customer Service, you know when I get to get my hands on one of those manuals, when the grill is delivered AFTER THE PURCHASE." Also remember that the Backyard Setup was delivered a month after the purchase in which I no longer have the 30 days to take it back at that point so I would have been screwed either way. These are all facts, and the fact is that there is no lifetime warranty and you can get the same grill and work done at your home for much less purchasing from Paradise Grills. I hope that leadership gets a hold of this message and that it helps future purchasers from getting hustled like I did. I should have just had a custom job done in my backyard so that it adds value to my house and attached as real property. Do not be conned by sales folks saying that it will add value to your home. This also is a lie.
