Now some items are priced higher than other places, but they are top quality. When I got home from the store, I picked the rabbit up by its head and the head broke off. I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager who told me her name was Debbie. I asked if they would replace the rabbit or at least give me a discount on a new one. Debbie told me "too bad so sad". She said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Debbie was so hostile and rude to me. I told Debbie that I have been a customer of At-Home for years and have spent a lot of money there. She told me "that's too bad." It's no wonder At-home had to file for bankruptcy last year when they have managers that are rude and not the least bit customer friendly. I still am shocked out how rude Debbie was to me.

Why if one is on a trip, you don't want to spend a lot of time waiting on an order. When you order online from floor and decor, your order is placed with the store that you choose and they have you scheduled a one hour timeframe when you want to pick it up. Fast forward to the completion of the product, it became evident that the tile was defective. An inspector from Floor & Decor confirmed that the tiles were defective & it would be hard to tell as such until they were installed. Floor & Decor offered us a refund of said tiles but our entire brand new bathroom needed to be redone because of the defects. Floor & Decor refused to refund us of costs accrued because of their defective tiles, and to make it even worse, continued to sell the defective tiles in store.

I am a fan of the whole treasure hunting (impulse buying guilt), HomeGoods, TJMaxx, Marshall's umbrella, as I find so much great stuff at great prices, when I have the time. I do like this specific HomeGoods location since it is (for the most part), organized and fairly new compared to other locations. I took away a star though, because it isn't as big as other locations I have been to, therefore their variety and stock isn't as abundant in comparison to different locations.
