Kendra Scott is a jewelry store in Westfield Century City Mall. It is on the bottom floor next to Swarovski. The store is organized and well-curated. They currently have a collaboration with Barbie. However, a lot of the pieces sold out pretty quickly. They have a few pieces left of the collection.They do not, however, qualify for other promotions since it is a limited edition item. The temperature in the store was very comfortable on this trip which I appreciated on a hot summer day. Our associate was so nice and check out with him was super easy and quick. He packaged my item in a nice pouch inside a beautiful Kendra Scott branded box with a ribbon. He put the box in a cute, reusable bag. I love that they have sustainable bags now! First time here having shopped for Kendra Scott in department stores. Emma was friendly and very helpful. Beautiful, timeless designs (some overpriced for me) but great quality as none of the gold has faded nor loose threads frayed. They have a marked-down section and birthday discounts. LOVE my abalone bracelet. And 20% of proceeds go to a foundation which empowers girls. Great to support a company that gives back and supports the community. read more

This is for the online ordering rather than in-person. I ordered two pairs of earrings for my wedding coming up this Friday. I received my package and somehow the earrings that I preferred out of the two weren't sent and instead I was sent a necklace which looks nothing like what I ordered / wanted. It takes customer service forever to get back to you and now I won't have the earrings I want for my wedding as I refuse to purchase another pair in hope they'll get here in time / it was their error so they should be sending me an expedited pair in their place. First time ever walking into kendra Scott, I work for Pandora Jewelry and I usually like checking out other jewelry stores to see the type of designs and products they have to offer. I was greeted immediately by the associate I sadly forgot their name. But the Store manager Jason was so great and chatted with me while my niece looked around. We chatted over some personal commonalities and I really enjoy those brief moments with strangers after the year we've had. Good customer service isn't just getting what you want when you want but also a bit of connection with each other. So I guess this review is more for their particular employee than the store even though their jewelery was lovely too. But that's how a business thrives, great employees! For my birthday I decided to take advantage Kendra Scott's 50% off birthday offer. After purchasing a necklace and bringing it home, I noticed the piece has kinks in it and will not lie flat when worn. I decided to drive back to the store (a good 30+ mins away) to exchange the piece for a set of earrings that were about $40 more expensive. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that birthday sales are final. This was not mentioned previously. My receipt did not indicate this and in fact stated that exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days. I was both within 30 days and also still within my birthday month. Many other stores write "all sales are final" on the receipt. This was not done. The associate informed me that I was out of luck. She conceded that they could rescind my birthday discount and give me the $40 credit to use toward an exchange on the same day. This didn't work for me. Why would I agree to give your company more money and spend more than the original birthday offer because your product was faulty? I wanted to exchange the necklace for a more expensive piece and Kendra Scott would have benefited from such an exchange. Kendra Scott has lost me as a customer because of this regretable customer service. I've been purchasing Kendra Scott for myself and other family members for several years now - no longer. read more

My mother in law and I had such a great time shopping at Kendra Scott today! We walked in and were offered mimosas and snacks...yes, please! Then Adri Arellano who works there showed me around and helped me pick out the cutest earrings and necklace (Kelsey necklace and Laurie earrings). She then let us know that if we spent $100 we got a free pair of really cute earrings that are normally $78 (Finch earrings). We are both so happy and really appreciate how great Adri was. The salespeople at this store are SHADY. They tried to sell my husband jewelry to give to me for Christmas, without telling him about the return policy--absolutely no REFUNDS. My husband was duped into buying all their recommendations, and unfortunately, I did not like any of it so I told him to return it. When he went there, he then learned about the astonishing return policy, in which they played dumb. I feel like this store preys on people that don't know any better, because if you go to kendrascott.com, when you buy things online they do refund for returns. I'm pretty sure they're going to go out of business at some point because there's no way they can afford the rent here with those types of shady practices. I've passed by this store a lot, and realize now why there are never any customers...quite possibly the WORST store I've ever dealt with that caters to women. read more

What a great shopping experience! I was searching for a specific pair of Kendra Scott earrings that I couldn't find anywhere. I called this store and was told they have a color bar where I can pick the exact setting and color and someone can make the earrings within a few minutes. I went to the store on a Saturday afternoon and visited the color bar. They had what I was looking for and the sales associate was very helpful in finding me the exact shape and color of the stones I wanted. She made the earrings for me within five minutes and also showed me a similar pair that was on sale. When I went to purchase both pairs I was told there was a 50% discount on any one item since it's my birthday month! Such a cool surprise! I'm so happy with both pairs and had such a great experience at this store. I also had no idea they sell amazing scented candles and other home decor items. Highly recommend! read more

Came in tonight just before closing, frantic to find some red necklaces to wear to my mothers memorial service this weekend. Her favorite color was red, so it's a theme at the memorial. I had seen some lovely red necklaces on Kendra's site. The two employees at the store happened to be model gorgeous, but much more importantly, were model gorgeous on the inside. One of them was wearing a fantastic necklace that I found out was available at the store, and bought it as well as the two red ones. It was pricey, but when the ladies explained to me (they obviously noticed my progressive tee-shirt), that Kendra is BIG on giving back to the world community, I instantly bought it. Love this store but not the people that work there. I went in recently to redeem my 50% birthday discount. The woman helping me told me a particular design was out of stock when it was a design that doesn't even exist according to another employee who showed me on the website! Really? No apology or anything from the first salesperson. When I selected my item, I asked to see a few different stones (druzy's all have very different coloring) which seemed to annoy her since she had to go to the back. And she would bring out one at a time for some reason. And when she asked for my ID to check my birthday which happened to be THAT DAY, she didn't say a word or wish me happy birthday. Was pretty inconsiderate since I was specially treating myself to a birthday gift and the whole interaction just made me feel uncomfortable. Hopefully they get nicer people working there or I'll bring my business to one of the department stores or online instead. read more
