Oh dear! Lovely people, gorgeous jewelry! BUT I bought two necklaces and when I got home I couldn't open the clasp. Looked online and found a video showing how to open it. Yayyy! BUT THEN I COULDN'T CLOSE IT! These are short necklaces, and they will be a real hassle to open and close. I should have been aware in the shop when the charming woman had to take it off me because I couldn't. Now I'll return them. I can't be grappling with something like that!!!!! read more

Century City location 7/17/25 Stopped in on my lunch hour because my bracelet was slightly damaged. The store was a bit busy, but I was greeted right away by Ally. Explained I accidentally snagged it somewhere and she was so kind as to immediately replace it. Yes! She immediately replaced it! Who does that? No out-of-pocket cost just replaced it. I purchased a ring with next day delivery.. 5 days go by and I had to call in because I didn't not get a email back other than on the app showing the order was receiving and it was "on its way" I called in today to ask for an update and the CS rep said that the order had been cancelled out and I will be sent a refund. I was a bit shocked as this was the first I had heard about this cancellation. No prior email, text or phone call from Gorjana. Very poor customer service read more

I have purchased from this Gorjana location on multiple occasions and have always received help during every visit. Today, 11/30 at 3:30pm, my niece and I came to visit because I wanted to repurchase a necklace of mine that broke recently. My niece and I entered no greeting, no staff coming to help even though there 6-7 employees working at the time, 2 actually assisting some customers. There were two of us Asians in the store and we both were overlooked (not greeted, not helped), one employee even walked past us to help another customer out, she was White, of course. Absolutely unacceptable but I am not shocked, I guess. Do better. read more

Went in to the store for the happiness guarantee return. My bracelet broke so I went in and they no questions asked gave me a brand new one of the same bracelet! It was so convenient and fast. I had come in to repurchase a set of bracelets (one had snapped) and they noticed that it had faded significantly and offered me a replacement. Gorjana has the absolute best jewelry and customer service!! My best friend bought me a fine jewelry bracelet in Tennessee when I went to visit her. I was obsessed with it, wore it every day and never took it off! I showered with it, played sports, wore it to work, did everything and it still looked brand new and never tarnished. Then one day the link broke by accident and I contacted Gorjana Customer Service and they handled the whole situation with care, asked me to send it to them and even paid for shipping of return. I have a handful of the fine earrings from Gorjana and love them all, and after a few months of carefully considering a much more expensive piece I finally purchased a ring and so glad I did bc I absolutely love it. But I was "losing sleep" over a minor detail so I went back to to the store today and I shared with the two sales reps my feelings and they totally heard me / displayed some of the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. We have spent so much money over the last few years on this brand. I've had a fine jewelry bracelet that costs more than $500 call off of me, a fine jewelry necklace more than $700 fall off of me, a fine jewelry ring more than $600 bend and get divots in it, and a lower price point necklace fall off of me. Each piece that fell off me was when I wasn't aware and the pieces are lost forever. I do not have a lifestyle that would cause jewelry to fall off of me and certainly wouldn't wear this kind of jewelry during exercise or high activity. We will no longer be purchasing from Gorjana because it's not worth jewelry that falls off of you and gold that is not up to the quality this brand claims. I went to the Century City Gorjana and it is such a cute and welcoming store with a large selection. But, beyond that, Ally (the manager?) is wonderful. My daughter and I lost our home, and all our Gorjana jewelry, in the Palisades Fire. When I told Ally we were there to try and replace some of what we lost - she immediately set us up with the most amazing and kind and generous "Fire Recovery Package" that Gorjana is offering. Pretty jewelry. Horrible, rude, awkward, customer service. The customer service folks at the Americana location are fine but the ones here are always rude and awkward. I was there Monday evening and bought 2 pairs of earrings and felt very uncomfortable, particularly around the woman that was helping me. She seemed like she either hated me or hated her job. I shop at Gorjana in Corte Madera, Califonia quite often. I have come to love, not only the quality of the jewelry pieces, but the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by the wonderful ladies who work there. Cassie, the store manager, really takes the time to get to know her customers...I feel like she really cares. I have purchased several pieces and I love them all. but my favorite necklace is my floating diamond. I never take it off. So when I layered it with 2 other Gorjana necklaces, they got tangled so I put them aside since I could not untangle them. I was missing my floating diamond so much that I decided I would go to the store and purchase a new one. Erica, one of the many incredible Sytlists there, told me to bring my tangled mess in and they would either untangle them or, if they couldn't, they would give me new ones. Sure enough, Cassie was able to untangle them in just a few minutes and presented each one to me as if it were new, each in their own little pouch. I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. I ended up at Gorjana with friends as we were casually walking by. It is such a cute small jewelry shop with cool modern jewelry of different styles. Their jewelry is business casual friendly! Came in today for a pair of earrings knowing exactly the styles, so I wanted to just quickly grab and go. There were about 5 people in the store already when I walked in, so I assumed all the sales associates were busy, therefore I waited to be helped. But, I began to notice this asian girl who was leaning on the counter, but just looking at me and did not look like a buyer. At first I didnt know she was an employee, because if she was, obviously she knew I needed help, as I had to approach someone else that was already busy. Still, she stood there, leaning against the counter, not offering a single help AT ALL. Later, I found out that she works for Gorjana, because when a customer came in, the first thing she did was greet them and ask what they needed. I am not sure if this involves some discrimination toward me, or my race, but it was a really unpleasant experience since she did not offer the same service she did to the customers that walked in later, not to mention completely ignoring me when I needed help. I completely understand if she was busy, but as mentioned, she was laying around not doing ANYTHING. I hesitated to write this review, but if management is looking through the yelp reviews, please, train your employees better, and please, tell this associate to step up. No one wants to feel discriminated as a customer when they are coming in to buy something. I appreciated the employee who did offer to help, although she was already super busy. And to the asian girl who didn't, maybe you want to consider either changing your attitude or your industry. No racism here as I am asian as well. For the quality, the jewelry is quite affordable and doesn't tarnish quickly- plus they have an impressive warranty/return policy. I went in today with one of my necklaces that had the clasp break off when I tried to untangle it, and they immediately offered to replace it with a brand new necklace of the same model. Don't let the "warranty" fool you. In June I bought my mom a pair of earrings for Father's Day. They were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially since I was buying multiple products. She told me about the brand's amazing warranty and graciously helped me pick out cute earrings for my mom (the gold Parker buggies). My mom informed me when she first put the Parker Huggies earrings in they wouldn't clasp shut and instead kept falling out so she gave them back to me cause I told her I would take them back for her. When I went yesterday to take them back - 1. I was met with extremely rude attitude from the same woman who was so nice to help pick them out for me just a month before. 2. when I told her the situation, she was snippy and said that multiple customers were having the same issues. So when I asked to pick out another pair (seeing that its clearly a defect in the design) she rudely snapped that she couldn't issue me a refund. I wasn't even asking for a refund. All I wanted was another pair of earrings that were designed better and would function properly. So now I'm out $50+ and stuck with shitty earrings. Thanks for nothing. Avoid this terrible store and go around the corner to the Fainted Heart Jewelery kiosk (in front of Free People). Better quality AND service. Good luck! read more
