It's like a whole little world of jewelry in there. Huge diverse selection. Like a factory you would see on TV. I came in specifically to have a piece of my vintage family jewelry repaired, and I was genuinely shocked by how easy the experience was. They did the repair ON SITE, in a matter of minutes, and for an exceptionally reasonable price. Story time: What made this experience even more impressive was that I had previously taken the same piece to another jeweler in the valley, where I was told they would need to keep it for two weeks to solder a loop and the repair would cost roughly three times as much. Because this is a valuable vintage piece, I just didn't feel comfortable leaving it there for that long, especially when there was supposedly a jeweler on site and what I was asking would take 10 minutes. Something about it didn't sit right with me, so I trusted my instincts and took the piece home. Then: A friend then recommended this place, and what a difference. Fast, straightforward, reasonably priced, valet parking and, most importantly when you're handing someone something valuable and irreplaceable, they made me feel completely comfortable! And insisted that what I was asking for was so simple. They did it in moment and cleaned the piece!!! I really appreciated the honesty and the fact that they didn't turn a simple repair into some complicated, expensive ordeal. I walked out with my jewelry repaired and back in my hands within minutes. So glad I finally discovered this Beverly Hills institution. I will absolutely be back. Thanks guys!

It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided. Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them. Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it. It's a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co. This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces! They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members! I came to this location after calling ahead and being told that the dress and size I was looking for were available in store. Since this was for a very special occasion, I was excited and made the trip out to Beverly Hills specifically for it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing almost immediately. When we asked an employee for help locating the dress, the interaction felt very unfriendly and dismissive. I completely understand retail can be busy and stressful, but the tone and body language made it feel like asking for assistance was an inconvenience. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable instead of welcoming. Things became even more uncomfortable when I was in the fitting room trying on a dress and another employee entered without knocking while I was changing. There was no warning or pause before entering, and it caught me completely off guard. Privacy in fitting rooms should really be handled more carefully. At that point, I honestly just wanted to leave. The only employee who made the experience better was Tiffany, who was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She was the one bright spot during the visit and I appreciated her professionalism. To make matters worse, I was then told to go to the Melrose location because they supposedly had the dress in stock there. After spending another 30 minutes driving over, I found out the dress was not actually available. The inaccurate inventory information made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. I am intentionally avoiding personal or physical descriptions in this review, but I believe management should be able to determine which employees were involved based on the timing of my visit and the interactions that occurred in the fitting room and sales floor areas. I had really hoped this would be a fun and memorable shopping trip because I was looking for a dress for an important once-in-a-lifetime event. I already felt a little intimidated shopping in Beverly Hills, so the dismissive interactions and overall atmosphere unfortunately left me feeling uncomfortable and discouraged instead of excited.
