Came in on a Thursday afternoon after moving the kid out of the house. I saw wings on the special board, so I decided to give them a try. Though not on the menu, I asked for spicy garlic parmesan. Let me tell you something, I eat a lot of chicken wings and these were some of the best! Crispy and plenty of sauce. Spicy enough to let you know there is heat, but not overwhelmingly so. And did I mention crispy? Perfectly fried. Not overdone and not wimpy whatsoever. Bartender was great too. Not sure if there is a happy hour going on, but really don't care. What a chill hippie vibe with amazingly good beer. So many options of local Cleveland breweries and Ohio ciders. In the middle of Ohio City very convenient for bar hopping. Great bar to hang with friends, catch a game on their many TVs, or just relax. Small but action packed... we went on a Thursday and it felt like a Saturday night in there! My boyfriend was very happy ...there were TVs everywhere he looked. The BLT I ordered was cooked well, but put together bit strangely and therefore hard to pick up and eat. I also wasn't a fan of the cheese they added.... it's a BLT! I would absolutely order it again but be more specific I'd like it the old simple way. The fries were VERY above average for bar fries. Tasty! Big and thick, not over cooked and quite fresh! The drinks were poured very well. Our group was ID'd twice.. once at the door and once at the bar.. bit odd but no biggie. The servers and bar maids were pretty and did their jobs at a nice pace and well, but did seem a bit aggravated or put out at times. They could work on being friendlier!! Next time I'd like to try my luck at the lobster claw machine and also experience more of the menu. There were several things on it that sounded great, making my choice of what to order a difficult one to make. Good prices on the food too. All in all, very nice. read more

A local tavern style bar. Beers on tap as well as a decent choice in bottles. It was evident that many of their customers were regulars. We sat at a table and got very good service. Never had to wave our wait person down. She always made sure we had our glasses full! Fairly typical bar food but it is all well made and cooked to order. Good soups, wings, wraps and they have a popcorn machine. Love the popcorn here!! They have specials everyday. Prices are reasonable. Pool table on the other side of the bar. Juke box. Let me see, they have .70 wings two or three days a week. They have beer specials tall domestics for $3.00 and $2.00 domestic bottles. So, my go tos for a bar on specials have been taken care of here. The service was half way decent and friendly. A little dark though, which is a slight down fall, I like too see what I'm eating. Can't disappoint with having sports on tv, there are like 4 or 5 tv's above the bar alone, let alone the other two or three free hanging on the wall on the opposite side of the bar. Wings are nice and meaty, I had gotten the Bayou Cajun wings nice bite and flavor. It was a nice place for a couple of cousins and a nephew to start a reunion get together at, good food and alcohol. read more

Zombie crawl stop number 3. Not my favorite of the night, but not terrible. A little cluttered seating-wise. The beer choices were okay. They still had pumpkin ales available. Drinks are good and so is the food. Came here for a cavs game tonight and am utterly DISGUSTED at the group of drunk off their behinds 40 some year old parents who brought their 4 children under the age of 11 to a bar after 9 pm. An adult comes to the back room and grabs a seat at the open table and the kids go and tattle to their dad that the man stole their seat. Their beer cuddling father comes in to make a scene and can barely get his words out because he's so drunk and I had to basically tell him to calm it down. Disgusting!!! Poor parenting and bad bar practice! Being at a Bar on the night of a huge sporting event means 21 and over aka get a baby sitter and spend $20 less getting drunk. read more

A little upset came in got my beer opened a menu. I was asked if i wanted to keep my tab open. Went to my car to get my cell phone so i could see the menu. Looked at menu for 12 min. Closed it to order and was never asked if i wanted to order. An additional 10 minutes I was asked I wanted another beer. Was not asked if I wanted to order.. I like Lou but I will never come in again. Worse service I ever had in a establishment.I came in here everday for lunch......not happening.......oh.....I left a quarter for a tip...only because I didn't have a dime. SORRY LOU............this was Angelo I always come back to see you but I am sorry this girl was not about you business she was about her life........customers want to be asked about their lives. Small neighborhood bar feel. Ive always really liked this place. Staff is very friendly and they have some great weekly specials. Pretty typical bar menu but the food is pretty good overall. They offer free popcorn to pick at while hanging out. Happy hour also has some pretty good drink specials as well. They also have a game area in back with a pool table and darts. This has always been a popular bar in the Lakewood area and definitely worth checking out if you are in to a chill friendly type of place. read more

Your typical dive bar with limited seating area. They got great beers but drinks are good elsewhere. They didn't know how to make a raspberry vodka with sprite! A mix of 20 somethings and an older crowd but service was great. Bartenders were attentive but if they knew how to make drinks, that would change my review. The decor is a little dated and reminded me of my old house's basement. The odor smelled just like it and the a/c units were located from the floor. Can't imagine what would happen when someone spills their drink. Only nice thing I like was that they had a jukebox. Drinks were average priced, not dramatic. read more

Dude...wtf is all I can say. Wanted tacos last night and this was one of the only places that had 'em on a Wednesday. Taco Tuesdays are obnoxious now and I would rather eat creamed chipped beef off Tom Sellecks hairy chest than do them anymore. They don't start here till 5pm which I find odd, but whatever. Sat down at the bar. 5 others sitting there. A creepy couple who look like they were into some coked-out swinger type stuff on a houseboat somewhere and 3 knuckleheads just past them. I literally sat there for over 5 minutes why the bartender sat and talked to creepy couple about how she loves rap music, she's Indian and how her Dad was not rich. All this would of been way more interesting if I HAD A FRIGGIN' BEER IN MY HAND! I sat there, ignored until the owner actually had to get me a beer. A shame, really. I can tell he means well and would actually want to make money but if your bartender sucks that bad, your fighting an uphill battle. I want to GIVE them my money. I literally had to wait for everything...food, beer. The only time I got anything I needed was from the owner or the other girl who started at 6. Funny how the girl who totally ignored me took the tip when I cashed out, even though she did nothing except make me wana leave. Back to the tacos now. I don't like the fried shells.
