He said by the end of the second tank the light would go off and it did-didn't charge anything. Other times, when more extensive service was needed he did excellent work at prices I was happy to pay. Don't go anywhere else but Russell Automotive, you'll be glad you did. I refer everyone I can in the hope that he stays in business forever, My only complaint is he doesn't do any transmission work.

They are blatantly sexist, demeaning and discrimatory toward women as if they can't stand to explain things to you, will not make eye contact with you, and seem to have an utter disdain for you to be in their waiting room. Did not have the courtesy to tell me in person when I was paying them my car would not be ready that day as promised. Instead, when I left the building they called a relative and told them. I did not find out I did not have a car for the weekend until 3:30pm that afternoon when I called to make arrangements for pickup that my car would not be worked on until Monday. This left me without a way to work for 4 more days as it was a holiday weekend. Very, very inconsiderate and they gave or offered no explanation as to why the car was not repaired by the Thursday deadline. They people have no ethics.
