When Bernhard bought the shop I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleased to see the new owner maintained the excellence and personal attention I was used to. I have a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive truck that is lifted with 37/13.5/22 tires on 22 x12 wheels. The wheels were new, never had tires on them. I bought 4 Firestone Destination MT tires. These guys had a new tire machine that mounted the new tires on my wheels and the machine never touched the rim. I was impressed, no scratches are blemishes to my new wheels. I got 70.000 miles out of those tires...impressive. Recently I needed new tires so I called and ended up with another great set of tires that were balanced great, no vibration at all. Bernhard did a complete inspection on my truck showing pictures and video of the parts that were bad or going bad. When I paid for the tires there was another page that listed everything that needed attention and a quote for each item. What a great service. I have always done my own repairs and this let me know everything that needed attention to my truck. The best way to get the most milage out of a set of tires is 1. Make sure ALL front end parts are good, 2. maintain the correct tire pressure. 3. A scheduled tire rotation, I do mine every 5000 miles. They looked at it the first time and did a manual regen and reset my system and I spent $450 plus on that. Within a couple miles after leaving my check engine light comes on again. Take it back in to them to replace and ERG valve. Was told that it would be between $900 and $1200 with the worst case being around $1200 if the Titanium bolts break which apparently is a norm with Ford trucks. Was told today my vehicle was ready to go and I go pick it up to find over a $2000 bill for the services that I was quoted a lot less for. I don't know much about this company as I used them because they are local, but not very happy with the lack of communication here. If I did that to a customer in my line of work, I wouldn't be in business very long. Very disappointing, and they basically had me over a barrel so nothing I could do. On top of that I know they had to test drive my car but I had over a half a tank in my truck when I dropped it off and less than a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. After charging me over $800 more than I was quoted you would've thought they would at least replaced my gas. I recommend that you watch out and get everything in writing with them. You shouldn't have to do it, but I had a weird feeling about this place and I figured after the first time I need to take it back since I had issues right away. I should've went with my feeling and took it to somebody else. You live and you learn!

The staff was not friendly at all, had an attitude, and treated me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. No respect, no explanation, no effort. They charged me $41 just to replace a valve stem, and guess what? It didn't fix anything. My tire is STILL going flat. So I paid for absolutely nothing and wasted my time. If you're expecting professionalism, honesty, or even basic customer service, don't come here. They'll take your money, rush the job, and send you out the door with the same problem you came in with. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
