My normal shop was having issues with getting help so I called D & J. Dave answered the phone and was super courteous and scheduled me to come in within a few days. On the day I brought it in, he called me shortly after I dropped it off and told me the estimate to have it repaired. They had the truck repaired and I was back on the road that afternoon. Let me say a few words to people who gave one star reviews: everyone has an off day, all issues vary, and if you have been a customer for years, should you not give them some credit? You have one bad experience and then you ruin their ratings with one star. Shame on you. I always give everyone enough chances to give me enough information to make my reviews accurate and fair.
