Barstow Collision called me early this morning twice with no messages. Then yelled when I called them back. I have never been treated so horribly by a company in my life. They were supposed to put on my snow tires and I agreed to a time. Then collision called me back furious. Telling me they do not have a tire-changing machine in their shop. I could go I went 4 weeks without my car. Funny how they got to it at the end of my rental agreement? lol. on They blamed me and my claims examiner for them having car in lot for weeks unlocked.
