I understand that it was a unique situation but to charge for a supervisor (2 hours) that was my NOT at my son's request (can't help the people that work for the company can't figure out how to get the car issue taken care of) is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard of. Also not sure two forklifts and the equipment (carrier for fork lift and rigger) to bring them to the site was my son's problem. I think this was nothing but overkill and taking advantage of a situation. And then to top it off they never sent a bill and told my son that he has to come pick it up????
