Highly recommended!!…read more I previously was quoted for a little over $1300 at a different auto repair shop for things that were "needing immediate attention" and was actually refused an alignment because I couldn't afford the $500 needed to buy these kits that were "mandatory" to be able to do the alignment. I was referred to Mel's through discount Tire. Gave them a call and explained the situation as well as what the previous shop said. I was able to get in within 2 weeks, and it only took that long because of the kits I said were needed would take a while to do, as well as working around my schedule. Dropped it off at 12:40 even though my appointment wasn't until 1:15 and got a call by 2:30 saying it was done. A total of $75 instead of the insane amount the other auto repair shop was trying to charge me. I will for sure be continuing my business here and recommending to anyone else!

I have known Jack since he was the Body Shop Manager for the Ford Dealer in Pasco. I had a 1983…read moreMercury Cougar that was hit on the passenger side. Jack did the body work and they re-pin stripped the the body with tape. Upon review, Jack noticed the original was hand painted. He had his guys remove the tape and brought in a specialist to hand paint the pin stripping. It was excellent. Several years later, I was hit again and discovered Jack opened a shop of his own. I have since been in and my wife drives a company car which has sustained damage a couple times. She takes her company car to Jacks because she knows, the quality of work Jack expects from his employees. Jack also stands behind his work and he always does a great job. Frankly, I don't trust anyone else to work on our car's paint.
