We rented a van to continue our trip, and on faith, left our suv in his parking lot. First thing Monday morning he called me, had already contacted our warranty company, approved the repair, had the parts and said it would be done in a few hours. The next day when we came back through town he stayed late to meet us and get us back on the road. Everything was reasonably priced, and real honest work. I was not told at any point during the process from the time I called to make the appointment & thru the entire appointment that they were doing more of an extensive diagnostic check of multiple pages they printed out for me that was $250. I was not told about the fee until after they were done with my car. I told them I was not expecting this because I didn't ask for it & they didn't show any care or seem apologetic about it. Poor customer service & unethical business practices. I've been here multiple times, but will not be coming back. A $250 charge is a lot of money to not inform your customer of until after the fact. While the more extensive check was good, I did not need it nor did I ask for it. I would've gone somewhere else if I had known about the hefty charge.

They don't just insist on one kind of brake rotor, but let you decide how much you want to spend. 4) You can make an appointment online. While you are at their website be sure to read the reviews that are posted there. A couple of quick stories. We were on our way out of town to go camping when my Land Cruiser started acting up. I took it in. 1 1/2 hours later they called us to tell us my car was ready. It needed an ignition coil. They saved our trip!
