The owner was unrealistic in making things right for a Move-out Cleaning for me and refused to give me a partial refund. ----- I told the owner I wasn't happy with the service and sent many pictures. He had a reason for everything they decided not to clean, but when they finished the job, they never told me of any issues cleaning items or that they wouldn't clean the sides of the floors by appliances .., etc. Lastly, the price was MORE than what they originally quoted me on Yelp. Response: it was way more than two items, I'm not sure if this owner is confusing me with another client. Also, I wasn't going to do a review! He texted me to do a review on Yelp. When I told him, actually I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning, and the reasons why with pics... it went down hill from there. She and her crew were professional, on time, and speedy, and they did an excellent job of tiling the floor. She looked over the space and materials as soon as she arrived. She noticed that some of the tiles and materials were broken and missing. A quick call later, she located what was missing and ensured she had enough to complete the job. Her right-hand man got to work immediately to remove the carpet and begin prepping the space. She checked the flooring level and saw that it was not completely level and offered me options for correcting to make sure the job was done right. The complete job took a day and a half, and Meleni ensured I was satisfied before she left. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured we could take back any leftover full-size materials to get refunds. We were extremely pleased with the work and the staff and their professionalism. The floor looks wonderful. Next time we need tiling done, we'll call Meleni directly.
