I had a very disappointing experience at Kenny Family Chiropractic. I believe I was seen by Dr. Malia Kenny. While she was polite, that's unfortunately the only positive thing I can say. She was simultaneously treating three patients at the same time, which immediately made me uncomfortable. It felt like I was part of an assembly line rather than an actual patient receiving care. I kept wondering whether I should wait my turn to be focused on--or if anyone was actually focused at all. The "treatment" consisted of about 2 minutes with a laser and 7 minutes of shock therapy, followed by a very brief and surface-level conversation about why I was there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was zero effort to get to know me, my concerns, my history, or my goals. No questions, no engagement, no real assessment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My copay was $5, and honestly, the level of care reflected exactly that. It felt cheap, rushed, and impersonal--like minimal effort for minimal cost. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I left feeling unimportant, rushed, and unheard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The whole place felt like a drive-thru chiropractic service--get them in, plug them into a machine, get them out. If you're looking for personalized care, attention, or a provider who actually takes the time to focus on you, this is not the place. Do not recommend. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]They are a family of chiros and every time a person walks in the room they say "hi I'm Dr. Kenny." The problem is that I'm often on my stomach waiting to get adjusted and I don't know which Dr. Kenny it is.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Four or five different people quickly slip in and out of my exam room to touch me/ provide services during each 10 minute appointment. Needless to say, it is a revolving door of strangers. I don't know if any of them have read my chart or know my body's needs. I don't know any of them well enough to know who to ask for. I learned that each provider who touches some part of my service during the appointment can charge insurance for more services. That's the only reason I can think of why they would provide such unprofessional, impersonal, and awkward service. I tried to stay with them for three or four appointments because they take my insurance. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth the potential harm to my body to continue being seen. read more

Love this place. Been coming to it for probably 10 years dropped in last minute when I flew into San Francisco and was able to get one of the best Adjustments of my life. I found Kenny family chiropractic on Yelp and chose them because they are close to my house and they had great reviews. I've never been to a chiropractor before, but I needed a quick last minute healing. This place was just what I was looking for, they accept same day appointments and walk ins. I was able to get work done as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly and time efficient. Dr. Kenny was very informative and explained everything thoroughly as we went along with my treatment. She and her staff did what they had to do for my neck and shoulders, next day I was much better than when I came in. I'll be coming back. read more

Staff was awfully rude and did not accommodate to requests that I had. Once I said Groupon, the lady immediately sighed and put me on hold without even a second to respond. She came back annoyed and presented me a time slot that did not work with my schedule. When I proposed another time slot, she sighed again and declined. Horrible phone edicate. These amazing people have helped me so much! Before I heard of Kenny Family Chiropractic I was in physical therapy for a back injury from a car accident about 5 years prior. I was starting to lose hope because it wasn't getting better and I was still in pain - having a hard time getting up in the morning, bending over, and other daily activities. I found a groupon for this place and thought I would give it a try. They took X-rays, figured out the exact issue, and put together a plan for recovery. I have been going for adjustments for a couple months now and my back feels so much stronger. I can move easier and, more importantly, there is much less pain if any at all.
