A true gem in Vallejo. I swear I will go nowhere else but here for my chiropractic needs! My boyfriend and I got into a minor accident and went here. This was both of our second time, first times on different and seperate occasions. When we got rear-ended and had back pain, we knew EXACTLY where to go because we remembered being under great care at this facility. The staff is super friendly and accomodating, they were able to get us in the same day I called, just hours later! Their schedule is super flexible and the girls that work here are the sweetest! They are ALL very knowledgable and always have a smile on their face!! They are always helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Their facility is very clean and sterile. Appointments are quick and to the point so you can go on with the rest of your day after! Dr. Luu is a VERY kind doctor. He is very honest and knows what is best for you. A mishap happened with my insurance company, unfortunately they did not pay my whole bill. I still had an outstanding balance. However, Dr. Luu was kind enough to waive off the rest of our bill!!! I honestly couldn't believe it. How nice can he be?! You can tell Dr. Luu genuinely cares about all his patients and well-being. I'm usually fairly chill. But this physician was absolutely dead wrong and ill informed. Something weird about my encounter with him. He was extremely cold with a very weird, unnatural smile. My hope is that I never ever encounter a physician with such a distorted bedside manner. His office staff was okay but looked stressed. Indifferent, arrogant, condescending and discourteous. He dispassionately told my Significant Other that she only had a couple of years to live, so he refused to schedule additional appointments and treatments, nor did he provide a referral to another Pulmonologist. Consequently, she felt like an abandoned patient. He also refused to schedule a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) because it was "too risky." We changed to a very competent, conscientious and caring John Muir Pulmonologist MD (and not a DO) in Walnut Creek. She scheduled two PFTs with no subsequent complications, which greatly helped assess her condition. She also referred us to an excellent John Muir Pulmonary Rehabilitation program and Respiratory Therapist. Moreover, DO Luu would not send my SO's pulmonary records to the Muir Pulmonologist. This seems very unprofessional to us. Moreover, the entire office seems rather messy, scruffy, not very clean, and depressing. We seemed to detect strange cooking odors permeating the air. read more

First came to Luu Medical Group after being referred by a friend after an Auto-Accident. Location was very easy to find being right off of Sonoma Blvd. The reception area was always kept nice and clean. The Staff has always been very nice and friendly with smiles on their faces. Dr. Jason (Chiro MD) is always attentive and always asks if there is something bothering you i.e. Pain, discomforts, tightness etc. He does a great job of adjusting my back, neck & always finds any spasms in my back. Dr. Luu is great! I was in a car accident a few months ago. I had neck/back pain & a horrible headache almost every day after the accident. I went through physical therapy first and while it did help a little, I still had neck/back pain & the headaches. So my doctor recommended me going to a chiropractor.
