Credit card misappropriation. My credit card was used to pay other customers' invoices behind me by them and outstanding invoice without permission. I noticed amounts I did not aware of and not authorized and needed to call them. After a call, I searched all statement and found two more charges processed by the printer shop and ended up my credit card were used for other customers invoices. Do not give them your credit card number and do not let them save card number in their system. read more

I am a graphic designer and came to Kenny the Printer to print a wedding suite that I already had prepared (aka: no graphic design needed). I spoke to both Robin and Michael about my project both over the phone as well as in person to look at paper stock. Robin was very sweet and attentive on the phone so I thought I'd drop by even though I had already gotten a quote from another print shop. I got shushed at one point by Michael while I was going over the specs of the project. Okay. Fine. Whatever. That was uncalled for but whatever. Attitude aside, he was helpful with paper selection. I was told I would get an estimate within a day, which came and went. I called and was promised a quote within 10 minutes. Nothing. I called two days after I had come by (a full 24 hours since Michael told me he'd get me a quote) and got Brian who was unable to pull up *any* information about my project despite me giving him my name and the general specs of the project. In general, he seemed to be extremely eager to get off the phone instead of taking his time to see if he could find any information. He abruptly informed me that Kenny the Printer doesn't do wedding invitations as I was quickly giving the specs again.Then why do they apparently print other wedding-related things (as per other reviews here have spoken about)? Why did two people tell me that they were able to both over the phone and in person? Why did they go over paper stock? Both sides can't be right, so it's super fishy. Brian then rudely asked me what quote I got from another print shop and then sat there in silence after I asked him for the quote I was owed....until I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere if he was going to be so rude. Our point of contact each time was Allie and she was really, really nice to work with. Here's what we've used them for Business cards - We've reordered for our staff twice, both times, they beat the promised delivery date which was great because on one of the occasions we had an event the next day. Vinyl Banners - We use these on the beach and in two years they've yet to fade or crack Canopy top - Same as the banners, no fade, and no rips or tears like you can get with a cheaper top. All the other companies made it sound like I was ask them the most impossible task ever. I came across Kenny the Printer, thanks to fellow Yelpers! Jaye came to the rescue. She actually suggested using acetate paper instead of transparency. This turned out to work just as perfect! Not only that, but she was able to complete the work very fast! She did such a great job that we had her do our table numbers as well. The table numbers were a bit more difficult to do because they required precise cutting, but she did a fantastic job with this as well. And the best part...they had very competitive pricing! I decided to go with them anyway because they gave me a good price. I went in to give them my USB drive and didn't get a warm welcome at all by none of the 3 employees that were working. Celia worked with me from the very beginning to the end working with our double barcode labels that we use, getting the specific sizing labels, lead time and pricing, and making sure product was perfect.
