They would not let me go to the car to get the registration. So, I found the title and headed to their office. They scanned the title and gave me a release number. Then asked me if I needed to go to the car to retrieve anything. It took 12 days for them to release my car to be towed to the repair shop. They said they wanted to be the ones to tow it, the insurance company said no. Not my choice to use this time, wouldn't be my choice to ever use.
