    My fridge broke with no warning and in no appliances in stock we took a chance with discount…read moreappliances. So we dropped a good amount of money on a fridge. Came home plugged in. Horrid smell. Mouse droppings EVERYWHERE ok. Then freezer leaked. Guess what came out yes. So i call next day super nice Being like Hey this is what happened like wow and the response I got back was pretty mediocre for just buying an appliance with nice droppings everywhere. He was like yeah we can get a repair guy but it won't be until next Tuesday which was a week and at that point I was like OKI didn't have a response other than OK because I was like is this for real. So i wait the week. Freezer done. Lost all the food. In the week wait for the repair man and the lack of like any compassion or willing to do anything was red flag. But wait why? Because its a store credit return so im already relaizing okay cool i get it now..he has the money. Fast foward tuesday call from husband. Says repair man called gave my number aince im home. No one came one called. So I call the next day yeah I'm pretty annoyed am I yelling am I mad no but I've already realized these people have red flags so I'm like I'm gonna probably hit record on my cell phone just to have this going. So I'm told the repair man called I tell them yeah I didn't call and he asked for my number and then he didn't call that so that I was like oh OK I'll see what going on. Tells me he did call me I tell him he did not call me told me he came to my residence but nobody was there oh well that was odd because I have a ring doorbell and nobody was there. [ huge backtrack there huge] So I'm pretty aggravated but I'm not yelling and the guy on the phone with me is not yelling back at me. Press me if this was anyone else and I'm pretty sure at this point I kind of have the right to yell but I didnt. Tells me somebody can come on Monday while monday's a holiday and I remind him this so he said OK Tuesday and I was like are you kidding me like this is a weekout I wasn't mad but I was like I'm not dropping this. It's OK then so when this guy comes and tells me this fridge is in repairable because there's mice tube through the wires are you guys gonna have it delivered back to you guys exchange. He tells me no because it's not part of the deal OK cool like I understand that but you're telling me you sold me a fridge with most droppings and most that eat through the fridge and you won't even have the decency to drop free delivery back to the store huge red flag. Fast forward to me posting on Google reviews the story. I realized there was quite a few negative reviews at some point and then they're gone and now I know why because they literally turned around and say it was the customers fault on the review. On the response back the business literally says I'm sorry but we can't have a repairman chasing around customers So I'm not really sure what the business was thinking with that line because any other customer reading this problem and having the business say a repair man has to Chase me around may also be on the same page as me. Also in their response they said I was unruly I was cutting off the sales person and I was yelling. Soon as I read that I called right back because I wanted to clarify that with him the lady at the front desk on the phone told me they didn't write that review it would have been the manager. Well I asked to speak to the manager and they weren't there so my question then was on the review when I was told that I was the problem how did anyone know that if I wasn't speaking to that person? So this is my story and I really would like to point out the red flags I'm out over a $1000 to me it's a lot of money but to some people that is beyond a lot of money to be out and these people dont understand that. I am so adamant about this story that I if you want to contact me for more information more photos or more side go ahead go ahead I will help anyone who was willing to go to this business not to go through what I did

    Great experience in replacing a washer. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative without…read morebeing pushy. The prices were very fairly marked in my opinion and they offer a 6 month standard warranty with the option of purchasing a 2 year extended warranty (again, no pressure to purchase). So far the washer we purchased is running great. The best part is that there is no need to wait months to receive your appliance due to supply chain issues, you get to walk out with it the same day! We actually opted for the delivery option and still received it same day, with hookup and removal of the old one. We will not hesitate to purchase from Discount Appliances in the future and are happy to be able to support small/ local business.
