They ended up patching the panel so it would stop scraping and be safe to drive, and they did the quick fix at no charge. Overall it was a helpful experience. Insurance process took a while, so they had plenty of time to order necessary parts, etc and when we dropped it off to get fixed, they gave us an estimated "week to week and a half" turn-around time. Fast forward to the end of 2 weeks, my husband tried to call countless times to check on the progress as we hadn't heard anything. No answer, so he left a message. Rinse and repeat that 'call, no answer, left message' process for about a week, until we finally determined an in-person visit was the only way to speak to someone. I had to schedule time away from work and my husband did as well, to make the fairly quick but incredibly inconvenient trip to the shop just to speak to someone. My husband was given the news that they thought the car might be totaled, but they were waiting on confirmation and should have that by the end of the week. Fast forward to the following week, and once again, no word from the shop. No answer to his calls and no returned call from the left messages. So once again, we scheduled time away from both our jobs to physically go to the shop and speak to someone. We were told that the car was indeed totaled and they had known since the week before. The receptionist apologized and said she should have called. Unfortunately, they made a difficult situation even more difficult, at least doubling the time our family of 5 (4 drivers) was down to one car, so I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I reversed my bmw into the top of our garage door and was feeling stupid for doing it. The owner was really kind and reassured me it happens a lot.(true or not I do appreciate him making me feel better!). The pricing was really fair. I thought for sure that we were going to be stuck and miss our show that night. But, after a few silent minutes, the lazier of the two men disappeared with the dog, and the mechanic got to work. He discovered a bad wheel bearing and had us fixed up in no time. He hardly said anything, and we got out of there for just over 50 bucks. We tipped him $25 and hit the road. News flash Mckenna never called, I called at 4:40 to just ask for my car back, she said "oh well it's been ready," to which I responded "okay so why wasn't I notified..?" to which she responded "well you shoulda gotten a text." I came to pick my car up and I got to my car they had left the windows down, who leaves someone's windows down?? As well the cars interior was visibly blackened from the mechanic, I have bright interior, they should have wiped it down if it was visibly much darker than before(they also make things like steering wheel covers and what not for these things), there was genuine grime on the doors, steering wheel, and seat as well as smudgy finge prints on my door. I had received a quote from Bob which seemed like a great price. The car got quoted for a week, they had my car for 3 weeks, with no calls to me on status of car. The end of the second week they had my car, my car was sitting outside in the rain, I now have rust damage on my engine and other metal parts. I receive my car on the 3 Rd week after i came into shop to check on status. When I receive my car..the good was put on crooked, the lights were not set right in bracket and my bumper had been talking off on driver side. I went in and spoke with Bob about how unhappy I was and how unprofessional this job was done. He seemed understanding about the situation and said he would fix the problems.. months go by I still get not communication from the shop..I find time off work to go to Bob shop after work hours to find out why or of they will be getting the parts that were missed or whatever the reasons why it wasn't done properly. Bob had kicked me out of his shop for writing a review like this one about my experience at his shop because months go by with no communication. As a professional body shop business, I was extremely displeased on how he handled the situation.
