I got my windshield replaced here. Not only did they drop me off at school after I dropped my car off, they also did an amazing job on the car. They also vacuumed it for me, wiped down the interior, and left me a water bottle. From the time I called them to the time my car was done was only a couple of days. Also they did my boyfriends windshield last summer and when the weather stripping started to come off they offered to fix it for free. Can not recommend enough, amazing service! read more

Would rather give them no stars but that is not an option. My headlights went out asked to get it fixed, they replaced the bulbs but did not secure them and or install them properly. Waited a extra week to get my car back after losing a car part (not their fault) but did not communicate with me on the status of my car and would keep pushing the date I was supposed to pick my car up back further and further. Had to get extra work done at the Subaru dealership afterwards. Do better. read more

I got into an accident in the middle of nowhere in the Palouse. Bobby called me and I was able to send my location to him through my phone. Not only was he speedy, he went the extra mile to make sure I was okay and was super friendly the entire hour-and-a-half ride back. Also gave some great suggestions for food! read more

I had a fender bender for the first time in years. The other driver was at fault so his insurance company covered it. The service at Auto Body Super Center was fabulous. They took over the insurance claim and I didn't have to do a thing after I supplied them with the information (claim number). The repairs were done in a very short time. I basically just had to leave the car off and pick it up. It was a lot easier than dealing with the Enterprise rental office. They are kind of paranoid. Fast, efficient, friendly. I got my car towed from them (parking violation lol), but my review is for their great service! When I found out my car got towed I called and they were very friendly and made sure I had all of the right information! When I came to pick it up they were very nice to help and even shoveled the snow off of my car and made sure the ice was scraped. They even helped push my car out of the yard that was deep in snow so that I didn't have to do it myself! Great customer service! read more

My daughter got stuck in the snow and ice one evening on a country road by herself. A very nice tow truck driver from Auto Body Super Center went out to help her; turns out she was able to make it to safety before the driver could get there. He was very nice, and didn't even charge us for his time and trouble. read more

I am seriously thankful for your tow driver Kyle, her was fantastic to work with. I used our roadside assistance for this tow, in the process of them arranging the tow they sent out vague information and left too much room for interpretation. So Kyle called me and got all the really important details to locate the car, he kept me in the loop, he could sense my stress, and even helped me get none essential keys to my college student son. He treated we like we were family, that's what we wanted when our kids decided to go out of state to school, that small town caring. Thanks for everything Kyle. read more

An awesome team! Everyone was very helpful and nice and obviously care about their customers. They explained everything to me and called back just like they said they would. Someone ran into my tail-light so I needed the cover replaced. The bulb was also out. They gave me a new lightbulb on the house and also a discount for paying in cash! I have an expensive sports coupe and he knew what the heck he was doing... he picked it up and set it down like a baby.
